HAPPY BIRTHDAY
CORAL

Great idea to follow the cruise, now to make it very accurate last time we arrived outside the entrance of the Panama canal about 9pm and refuled overnight, we were able to see the lights of Panama City and in the morning saw many ships around us,I presume they will do the same again as they have to refule and I think its cheap there.
Happy Birthday Camilo

Thanks Stace, you are making me blush.Cheryl, I love the picture of you with the Mickey Bar. You have beautiful blue eyes!![]()
Thanks Deanna,I thought the same thing when I saw that picture.
Announce that too loudly around here and you may find yourself on the plank with a Mickey Bar. Pirates seem to like Mickey Barsalmost as much as cake.
Who needs to pay for an excursion?? PARTY AT STACEY'S!!!!
Correction, PARTY AT LAURA'S!!!
Did it really feel like "Disney"?? That's the reason I'm a bit sceptical of ABD. Since you aren't IN the parks or ON the ships it seems like they would have a more difficult time making it 'magical'. I assume that I'm not alone that I pay extra for "Disney magic" when it would be cheaper to go to Six Flags or cruise Royal Caribbean.
Steph, I thought that was new siggie picture! It is great![]()
No Enna, I am probably one of the few, but never had one!![]()

But I do plan on having one on the Magic next year![]()
Will try to have the Magic in position for the transit Andrew.
Great a 9pm refuel previous evening to line us up for a 6.20am start of transit of the Panama canal.

ANDREW.....how do you find out when the ship's photographers will be taking pictures of people on their balconies??
I tried looking at the Navigator and don't see anything about that.
We have our banners and will want to be sure to be out there.
Actually my first experience of this was on Princess cruises going through the Panama canal, they did it on my first transit, getting off the ship and the ships photographers taking random pictures of us, so for our second transit on the Disney Magic, I was all geared up, I expected them, we were waving from our verandah and I had a Union jack up. (Note Flags are now banded by Cpt Tom).
Its a great opportunity for shutters to make some money so they will do it, In the Med the shutters staff really excelled themselves they were everywhere, we went on private tours but they picked us out, once i asked how as we didn't have our KTTW cards showing, they said -easy, the kids name bands from the kids club.
They took pictures in Pompeii, Monte Carlo, Rome, Florence.
So they will be taking pictures of us on the Magic, just 'wave' and ensure they see you, even call them, they want to sell pictures so if you are keen they respond hoping for a sale.
Andrew does this include banners?
As far as I am aware-yes, on my recent Med cruise thread I got to know many dissers, one also from London, in my old Cat 4 room from the Panama cruise had a Union Jack up.
They were left a note on the bed to take it down, and I understand when they didn't they had a telephone call to their stateroom from guest services saying you cannot do it and take it down.
I understand now you cannot leave anything too large outside, various references to navigational issues or making the Magic look untidy have been mentioned.
Additionally on Aft-starboard Cat 4 staterooms we were told to take all wet swim-wear and clothes off the verandah on Pirates night as its a health and safety risk for the fireworks being left off starboard aft.

You probably can't answer this but what about during the photos thru the canal? We can't have banners from the verandahs?
