I drove bu the dealership in Ft Worth 3 times a week last school year and I kept thinking that one of these days I was going to stop and buy the pink one -- then throw it in the back of my Expedition for the ride home!

I had a LOT of fun with mine....even after I crashed! It's just that, when Kevin brought home his Legacy, I had to have one. Couldn't afford to keep both so, put my Pink Tink on consignment and paid the difference for my Legacy.

Probably Disneyland Hotel (is that the Neverland themed one?) And either lat on 14th or early on 15th to get out there....

Thats our plan too JetBlue out of JFK to Long Beach, Take a cab to a hotel near DL than cab it back to the airport for the Disney Transportaion to port. Nothing official yet, since gotta wait for JetBlue to release their schedule. Was thinking maybe a late night flight Thursday, And we would have Fri Sat at DL.



FYI - rather than cab back to the airport for Disney transfer - Julie (bellelinus) & I are looking into buses to the port for everyone that's staying at DL - be less expensive than cab + Disney.

And - PD & prayers that you hear good news!

Thanks to all who wrote those great letters. I guess you can fight the big corporation and win. ( I work for a big corporation and my big corporation doesnt care about its customers, so I didnt bother writing, really didnt think it work) Than again I dont work for Disney.
Again thanks to all for saving me $400 bucks. Now I'll have more drinking money.



And thanks to everyone for the well wishes. The response from the tech at the radiology place of course was no help .. if there is/isnt a problem. I know they're not supposed to say anything but..........
So Dr should have results by weeks end and if its an emergency he will have results sooner. Like that means anything to me. This is why I hate going to the Dr for anything. Everything is hurry up and wait. And Ill only have to return to the Dr to get results since now they wont give anything over the phone UGGGGHHH

Don't know if this makes you feel any better... I'm a radiology manager, we would never let anyone leave the office with a positive finding.

Typically, utrasound (or more likely vascular scans) are reviewed by a radiology doctor before the patient leaves. As the patient, you are entitled to see your results if you are willing to go pick them up in person.


That said, I have seen things slip through the cracks. Don't assume "no news is good news". Make sure you get your results by week end.

Oh--the first fall practice for The Ohio State Buckeyes was yesterday. I have just about put that last game out of my memory!! Now if I could just come up with a memory for the CBJ!! I am already thinking--"wait for next year"--and the NHL training camps haven't even started yet.

Keep me posted about the bus It might be hard to get hubby onboard. He tends to feel more comfortable letting Disney handle it. He even wanted me to book the airfare, but I showed him (and many posts from my fellow dis'ers) the error of his ways.

Primetime is a shuttle service here in LA that I have heard good reports on and that we will probably be taking. I just ran a quote to get an idea of price from the DL area to the port (this would be for a family of 4).

Not bad on pricing

the DCL transfers came to $236 for 4 of us. I figure 1/2 that for LA and 1/2 for FLA so $118 from airport to cruise port. I havent even checked with DCL if it mattered what airport. I was planning on using LAX until some kind folks told me Long Beach would be better.


Our luggage shouldnt be too bad
While I dont have a bunch of teenage girls, I do have ME.
I'm usually pretty good at packing andI am not against doing laundry. ( actually DH does it) SO we dont need the full 2 weeks.

I guess I can cancel the DCL transfers whenever. I will probally just keep it for the trip home cause it makes it easier just to put the stuff right on the airlines truck at Port Canaveral and forget about it. But those figures have me thinking for LA
