Just woke up from my morning nap. I'm working overnights this week end so I feel like a zombie. Sorry I missed chat last night.

Andrew, Kevin would absolutely love this! I'm married to such a train geek!

There are so many train options and transport option in Barcelona and they all work well together, DS and myself loved going on them all.

You can see he is so happy!!!!!

We've put a building in our back yard (900 sqft) that will be devoted entirely to his model trains.

In Barcelona or Montserrat everything is either up or even further up, a strong stomach is required.

I have no problem with the train....It is the hanging from a string I don't like!

Only 5 more days till we depart for WDW!

Even though I feel like a zombie I'm still excited. It will be fun to meet everyone on the 25th.

We just bought tickets to the Princess and Pirate Party at the Magic Kingdom on August 28th, should be fun and Piraty!

WOW 5 days!!! I hope you get some rest in the mean time. 3rd shifts totally wear me out any more. I think that is why my body clock has been so out of whack! I did get yours and Jack's pictures in the mail. You should be getting a package from Shutterfly any day now.

P&P party should be fun, hope you all enjoy.

Yes, two nights aren't bad it's the third one that's the killer. Of course have lots of last minute running around to do prior to leaving, but I treat it as fun pre vacation stuff.

Thanks for the pictures. I know Jack is excited about them. A-Rod hit 501 last night. So we are happy.

Well, the girls are packed, I think I threw one shirt in my suitcase. I'm usually pretty good. I have off Mon. & Tues. so will finish up then.

OH Andrew, I would have had to have extra medication in order to ride on that tram!

Oh hedd no, they'd definitely have to knock my add OUT for that. I mean like out before I even get in it- put my limp unconscious body in it or something. LOL

Just called HoJo's to extend our stay one night. No problem, the price has gone up about $30 but that's alright,still less than $100 a night and across the street from DL. What more could one ask?

I purposely booked extra days before the cruise for this reason. I knew I'd end up wanting to go to DL more days. LOL I'm glad they still had an opening for you- even though it cost a little extra.

The Cable car up the mountain and back down is 'brown pants' stuff but worth it.

The kids also got a journal each as well, for the cruise this was a great idea each port they had an extra bit delivered with the nightly navigator and they had questions and clues and quiz's and bits for autographs etc.

You could add to it and if you completed that days one you obtained stamps from the kids club, and also the restaurants and at the end if completed you were given a seal for the front cover.

Educational and very neat!

That is neat! I hope they do that on our cruise. Maybe not now- since they don't have to "make it extra special".

Great minds think alike I was thinking the same thing when I saw those pictures. And the houses along the water too. I even showed my kids and said see this? Now don't ever complain to me again about how our yard isn't big enough for this or that. LOL

I'll be there... with my kids. Whether or not DH will take off work to go there extra days early is still up in the air at this point. It depends on if we can afford him to take the extra days off (I mean it's already like 17 days with just the cruise and getting there a day early... anymore than that is getting darn near close to a month off- yanno?). But it also depends on if he WANTS to. He's not all that fond of the parks really... (which is why I've taken so many solo and with kids only trips in the past)
