I was in the Pirate room at the World of Disney store and the mechanical Parrot they have yelled "Take what you can, Give nothing back!!! Made me think of Rogers story while onboard.

not final,.. * i never met mr. v..., and i was very sad..for me & us,
when he dropped out. howver, it is self evident...that some

Actually, shamefull I know, but I've only seen it once and I really need to see it again to be able to pick out a stand out favorite. I did really like the tie backs to the ride....and not the obvious one when they are flipping over to the ends of the earth...but the subtle ones like Barbossa saying "These be the last friendly words you hear"

Oh JR what can I say…. How about what I already stated, you have done far more with that site then ANYONE else and those complaining should keep their traps shut! This unfortunately is the curse of a volunteer, getting poopied on all the time! I hope that you didn’t cancel the cruise because of the BS… If that is so put the aggravators on ignore and enjoy the rest of us.. (assuming I am not one of the aggravators that is). Besides how can you resist M’s post about how smiley my kid is… it is a must see in person, pictures don’t do him justice!

Well Gabbie to say I am disappointed would be an understatement. You don't understand the history, which is not 3 years old BTW, The genesis of the story begins three years ago. Anyway, you are entitled to your opinion and I am entitled to mine. The fact remains you and your husband KNOW US and that alone should tell you that all is not kosher if at least 15 of us feel that our personal information needs to be secured. I am shocked and appalled by your implication that we are not setting a good example for our children, that just crosses the line I'm afraid. Alas the DIS is a place to share ideas, I've shared mine with you, you've shared yours with me....I don't think we should share anything in the future. Reminds me of the first ham and pinapple pizza we ate. It looked strange at first but really good. When you think of it, it is like one big taco but with a pizzacrust.
Used to go to a Pizza Place in NYC called Goldbergs Pizza. Yes Goldbergs. He had the strangest concoctions and piled the toppings so high that you had to eat it with utensils. (I remember one of the topping was smoked salmon and Cream Cheese with onions.)When DD was an infant we had a hankering for one of our fav and DH drove into the city from Bklyn and brought one home. It was so good.Wonder if he is still in business. It was in 1975. The pizza here down south leaves a lot to be desired.

Ok, I guess you're right. Especially since now that I think of it, one of my favorite Thanksgiving leftovers is a turkey pizza....pizza crust, cranberry sauce, red onion, havarti cheese and turkey...yummy

Wow I guess this is the beginning of the end for this thread. Gabbie with all due respect to your attempt at editing sometimes when you put words out there you have to live with them. I don't know why you would accuse anyone here of hate or rudeness, or question what they are teaching their children. I don't think anyone here deserved that at all.

This thread has deteriorated to the point that you have seen many familiar faces fade away. While you may not agree with some of the security and privacy concerns expressed, they are very real concerns for some and should not be categorized as "hate". I have had the great privilege to get to know some of the people here who have voiced these issues and they are far from hateful. They in fact are some of the nicest, kindest, most decent people I have had the pleasure to meet here at the DIS. Many of them contributed a great deal to the great place this thread use to be. They also did a lot to establish the information that JR loaded into the very nice web site he created. I am amazed that people seem to forget so quickly the exceptional amount of time and effort that Lisa spent in establishing much of the information that is now on the site.

I for one appreciate that there is a concern about my security and the protection of my personal information and information about my family and children. I think this is a valid concern and though not shared by all should not be the basis of personal attacks on those that are bringing it up as a point of discussion.

I am very much looking forward to this trip with my family and with many of the friends I have made here. For now I will also be taking a break from this thread as it is just becoming too mean spirited and something that is just not fun anymore.

If it does not end up getting shut down I will look forward to a time when I might return and find it the same friendly, fun-loving place it used to be.

DH worked for Sbarro as Mgr and Road Sup and we used to make the darndest combinations. I at one point got hooked on breakfast pizza which is really like a quiche. If the dough is good anything tastes good. Now I enjoy a good stromboli with lots of cheese.

We were scoping it out for our Mini Meet in Sept and looking to see where best to hang out. I had the Tuna melt and DH had the Original which is Roast beef,horseradish sauce and cheddar. They are soooo good. Infact when we got home it was around 7:30 we never had dinner. WE were still full.

Half a sandwich would've been perfect. The temp dropped a bit and it was comfortable. Looked like rain and then topped off the tank at Hess at 2.77. Cheapest I've seen around. Who would've thunk Disney would be lower.

No one is ignoring your e-mails. Your access ID has been e-mailed twice.

But let me tell you sending e-mails repeatedly demanding a response with comments like regarding the amount of time people have to post to the boards instead of jumping to send you your ID is hardly hospitable. I was doing this alone voluntarily and was not spending every minute of my day checking PMs or sending e-mails. I said I would try to get to everyone by the end of the week.

But anyway, I am not doing this at all anymore. I have handed all of the website info over to Tom to do whatever he wants with it. My wife and I decided to cancel this cruise last evening. It's been fun chatting with most of you.

I am saddened to learn of this turn of events. I am not sure preciesly what all has come about - as I was mostly traveling this past week - and hav yet to actually catch up - but I can say your families' prescence will be sorely missed. And not just because of the web support - but simply because of your wit and sparkling aura. If there is still any wiggle room for you to reconsider - please allow me to grovel and beg your reconsideration to join the voyage.

Not being flowery now - I would like to plainly state a person of your caliber and quality will be missed. If we're to lose your family on this voyage though - I want to offer the notion that I look forward to crossing paths again with your family on a future DCL sailing - or even any voyage somewhere on the 7 seas!

I believe there is a great balance in life and nature - and all things have a reason for happening - and that for every action there is a balancing reaction.

With somber fare well wishes, and a sincere wish to cross paths again somewhere, someday ...
