well, that stinks!! my kids had some friends over for a sleepover last nite, so i left cuz the boys were all going crazy still at 11ish. i thought about checking back in at midnite, but i never made it back...

No one is ignoring your e-mails. Your access ID has been e-mailed twice.

But let me tell you sending e-mails repeatedly demanding a response with comments like regarding the amount of time people have to post to the boards instead of jumping to send you your ID is hardly hospitable. I was doing this alone voluntarily and was not spending every minute of my day checking PMs or sending e-mails. I said I would try to get to everyone by the end of the week.

But anyway, I am not doing this at all anymore. I have handed all of the website info over to Tom to do whatever he wants with it. My wife and I decided to cancel this cruise last evening. It's been fun chatting with most of you.

Hey JR, maybe we can get together for a howdy when you come down in Aug. I'm sorry you pulled out of the cruise .Hopefully the protests of a few didn't sour you.We all for the most part appreciated the effort.

First there were Doodle Bears, than Doodle Monsters and now Doodle Pirates! They come with washable markers so you can decorate them and than wash them! I guess in this case drawing tats would be in order!

Hello All,
We had fun in downtown Chicago and I kept telling DD to put sunscreen on but I didn't. Yup I am fried. We wen't to the zoo again since I got the membership. Got a call from DH ( who was at work 35 min. away ) Our alarm system wen't off and the police were on there way.

Instead of waiting for train, I took a very expensive cab ride only to find out it was a false alarm. I am glad it was false but boy did a rush of emotions run through my head.

Oh and it was my fault. Won't let that happen again. !!!

Hello all -
While I didn't miss it last night - I was only in chat sporatically. I must plead ignorance - although I've been around here for quite awhile I don't KNOW what all the issues are. Apparently whatever happened was very upsetting to those involved. And it is carrying over still.
However, having said that - I'm very disturbed by the direction this group seems to be going.
J.R. - please say that your decision to cancel this cruise is not due to the recent hoopla over the website - et al?
And Lisa too.
So - who are we? I thought we were an open - inclusive group that were getting to know one another. Somewhat premature to do actual cruise/trip plannng - but planning "meets" & gaining a comraderie.
I've been very touched by the out pouring of support to one another whenever someone is going through various & sundry trials & tribulations. I've felt as if I'm a member of a very special group.
Frankly, at this moment I'm confused - and disappointed. What - are we becoming an exclusive clique?
Okay - enough venting. But, gee, I don't post all the time either - am I going to start feeling as if I "don't belong" either?

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

What? I am really sorry to hear this. I understand things come up in life and it's business if that's the case. Please tell me it has nothing to do with what's been on around here? I am not even sure what is going on and feel like I am in the twilight zone.

I think he's getting used to it by now. He's had them taped 3x already and they'll most likely be taped up again. They stay this way for a week and then they come down for a day to see how they'll stand and then back up again. The darn things keep wanting to meet in the middle like a triangle.
