But let me tell you sending e-mails repeatedly demanding a response with comments like regarding the amount of time people have to post to the boards instead of jumping to send you your ID is hardly hospitable. I was doing this alone voluntarily and was not spending every minute of my day checking PMs or sending e-mails. I said I would try to get to everyone by the end of the week.

But anyway, I am not doing this at all anymore. I have handed all of the website info over to Tom to do whatever he wants with it. My wife and I decided to cancel this cruise last evening. It's been fun chatting with most of you.

Sorry to hear that you and your family will not be making the trip with us JR. I think that all of us appreciate the hard work that you put into getting the "website" up for the benefit of all of us to use for the purpose of comradery. I like others hope that your discussion was based on what was best for your family not on recent issues. You have been a big part of how this group has turned into a family. I guess that it is to be expected to have personality conflicts in a group this large. I just want to let you know that we really appreciated you contributions.

I am a person who does not give too many speeches on the board. Some of you know me personally and know I am not very quiet!!! I just hate to type!!!

I just feel I need to tell JR, that he was like part of the family. Some one we will all miss. I really hope we did not have any influence on his decision to leave the board.

JR if you are still reading this board, the Chicago mini would still love to meet you and your family!!!!


I feel like we all lost the fight and some one came out a winner but it was not us!!!

I am not sure the whole story behind everything but at this point I respect everyone's opinion.

Hey there! How is the weather in Lubbock lately?
Here in Big D, today is the first day I have felt summer. With the rain/floods it has really kept our temperatures (and the electric) bill down.
It is July and we have not had 1 100 degree day and barely had the 90's. We normally would have over 10 by now?

The family and i were just saying the same thing! LOL! It was hot and steamy today! LOL! The youngest tow kids ( 9 & 6) are excited because now dh won't have an excuse to not take them swimming!

I'm hoping the no rain continues through the weekend. We are driving to East TX tomorrow to take 16dd to camp.

I've been gone for awhile but it sounds like there have been some hurt feeling and such. I am real sorry but I think that with this many folks it would be easy to see how we might have opposing thoughts. I am hopeful as we come closer to the cruise that we can come to a point of acceptace and join together to make this the best cruise for all of us. Since I haven't been able to post I hope that I will be able to get brought up to speed when I return 9/15 and can devote some more time to this thread.

I am real sorry that we have lost a number of our orginal members. I fear that other may go as well as we are still many days out. Slowly the group will settle down and sometime next summer we should have a clearer picture of who will be able to be on the ship. For now I just want an opportunity to converse with the group and get to know those that are cruising. I will stop by when I can between now and 9/15 but will to be more regular after that. Hope all are having a good week-end Mouser

Next summer I plan on doing as little as possible!!!!!!!! I spent most of the day today with Elvis at rehearsal.......
It is always hard on us when Samantha is away -- she is such a great sister and daughter!!! But, this is her last year to get to go to camp as a camper. Last year she went for 2 wks... We are hoping that she can be a CIT and Elvis can go that week.

Every week that she isn't out of town she is working (she is saving money for our -- hers & mine -- trip to Korea & Austraila next July for World Youth Day) We are only going to be home a couple of weeks before we live for the TOAL! LOL!

Jon keeps reminding me to make sure I have everything (clothes wise) that the kids and I will need on our trip next month.... ACKKK!!!!

Jon andthe kids are waiting for me upstairs... so, I guess I ought to sign off soon! LOL!

Ok Just to clear this up...My e-mail works fine..if lisa (who gave you the info for e-mails) and 3c's can spam me then it must be something on your end.
