POTC Experts, I have a question my wife and I were wondering this morning. In POTCMC, Beckett says he had met CJS before and they had 'both left their mark on each other'.

I get the 'P' brand the EITC left on Jack.

Did they ever explain when Beckett and Jack met and what 'mark' CJS left on Beckett (physically, spiritually, or gramatically)?

I can't recall if this was cleared up in either movie.

I'd like to plan the mini-meet for Saturday August 25, 2007 at poolside at the DVC Villas at the Wilderness Lodge. I'm just waiting for my DBIL to book his trip as they need to leave by August 26th to be back in NYC. His DD is starting High School and needs to be back by then.

Peter - will anyone be around on Sept. 1, 2007? The Magic arrives back from Med - my plane doesn't leave until 7pm that night. Sooooo, I was wondering ....... is Arlene keeping track of who's where when???
I'd love to have lunch or something w/anyone who is in the area on that day. Thanks.

Jack Sparrow used to work for Beckett before he was a Pirate ...and No , they have never explained what mark CJS left on Beckett

Although , you could speculate that the mark that was left was the ship ....If I remember correctly and this is just a theory ...CJS purposely sank the ship that was owned by Beckett , which was the wicked wench at the time ....When Davey Jones brought up the ship the first time it was renamed the Black Pearl ...Maybe the mark CJS left was the loss of money and riches aboard the wicked wench at the time ...

When I first made the deal with Angelina her math grade was a 59 and in danger of failing math for the year, her current math grade is an 82 and last week we found out that she has now passed math for the year. To tell you the truth, I was sure this was one deal I had in the bag. So yes, be very careful what you promise your kids because you might have to pay up.

But from near failing to possibly making the honor role?

Methinks she's a lot like CJS...played you like a fiddle leaving you to wonder "did she really plan that or does she just make it up as she goes along?"

It is amazing.
I called Jeff in here to see- he's never seen the photos or videos of Captain before.
I was showing him the transformation pictures, scrolling down and he's all ho hum (cause that's how he is LOL) and then when we got down to where he was in costume Jeff goes "ohmygawd".

Please don't take me wrong. I'm just as unhappy that Wales lost. See, I have to cheer for other countries Rugby teams because USA Rugby still has a long way to go before it can compete with the top ten. I actually root for Wales or Ireland during six nations.

USA have come on so much in the last 12 months alone, they are now ranked 13th in the world.

I support two teams.... Wales and whoever England are playing!!!

My great grandfather and great grandmother immigrated to America from Wales, so I count myself a little bit Welsh and out of respect for my ancestry it's the least I can do.
