On the 2005 repo we had a kids thread and now my Med cruise is setting one up as well, a link to the old repo one is here:-

Anyone think it would be an idea for the children on this crusie to have their own thread to meet up and post on.

It worked well in 2005!

I have actually already set up a message board for the kids. It is password protected so we don't have to worry about trolls or anyone reading what they post. If you guys would like to start using it I will send out an email with the sign up info. There is a forum for each of the club age groups.

Well, my ST just saved me a fortune(I love this kid)............Angelina is borrowing a dress, shoes and purse from a friend of hers for the upcoming prom(once we meet the date, that is.) All we need to do is take the dress to get hemmed. Of course, she looks absolutely beautiful in the dress.

This reminds me of my Senior Prom. I wasn't going to go and then about 3 weeks or so before the prom one of the boys in my dance class asked me - of course I was thrilled but had nothing to wear and at the time money was very tight at home. I ended up wearing a cocktail dress of my mom's and already had the shoes from something else, so the only thing we had to pay for was my hair and 1/4 of the limo. I'll have to see if I can find a pic this weekend and post - I don't look like I'm 18 in the pic, which is probably why the club we went to after the prom didn't ask for ID.

I think its a great idea, but for the younger ones, its too far out (I don't want to have impatient kids for 15 months!!!)

Not dumb at all...the club they will be in at the time of the TOAL. That way they will be chatting with the kids they will be with. I thought it best to seperate them by age so that the younger ones don't have to read what the teens are talking about. If you see anything posted that is inappropriate for a kid's board just LMK and it will disappear.
