8/17/08 Captain Jack's Repossession Repo Cruise to PC thru TPC Part 12

My father has been in a nursing home and I went every day to feed him breakfast. Because of my rotar cuff repair I couldn't go. In 8 days he just went south. He's in the hospital in ICU. Hooked up to all kinds of machines. Exactly what we didn't want. But because he had a minor operation they had to put in a breathing tube and he wasn't able to breathe on his own. I was there today and I don't think he'll leave the hospital. What happened to the golden years?

Your gonna need to add some peanut butter to that rice cake, Or just eat the peanut butter & use the rice cake as a drink coaster. They also make pretty good frisbees.

I wonder how it would taste soaked in scotch.

So sorry to hear this news about your dad John. Before I forget again, when I was reading the meter at your dad's place this morning, I noticed a big puddle of water at the front right corner of the house, just thought you'd like to know, it might be something to check out.

Hey everyone!!!
I just wanted to let all the Disney/QVC fans know that they are having a Disney Jewelry show this Saturday at 10pm EST. Some of the items are loaded onto QVC.com right now but some of the images are not up yet, meaning they have not been sent to show control. There is going to be more to come also. Tip, if you see something you love don’t buy it until Saturday since they usually drop the price of things the day of the show. You don’t need to wait till the show since at times they sell out fast! If anyone see’s something you like but are wondering about quality and such let me know and I can check on quantity in stock, quality, Gold quality (how many times it took to pass assay and what % it was), if it passed inspection the first time or needed to be reworked, and how many have been returned/reasons. I have been hinting on the Mickey Diamonique necklace for a few months now… Take the hint DH!! There are a few items that Disney has only allowed QVC to have so you might find some pieces that are must haves!

I'm heading off to bed as well, I've had a very bad day and have been in extreme pain. I've had to resort back to taking pain pills for these knees of mine. I'm "hoping" for a better day tomorrow. Hazel had to stop and get me another jar of Mineral Ice this evening.
