We had beautiful weather here yesterday David, got up to about 75* F, and headed back up there today as well.................I think Spring, has finally sprung, around here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:thumbsup2

How cool..........I just noticed I got post # 55155, and I was born in 55, ok, it is cool to me anyhow...............

 This brings me up to date, time to grab some breakfast, then get my ST up, so she can get her very busy day, underway................

I agree, Lisa . . and we're also using hindsight. Often the pieces don't come together for just one person . .. they don't see the whole puzzle until a tragedy does happen. Sometimes I think that watching all those 60 minute crime fighting shows (like 24 & CSI - my favorites) lull us into the belief that this occurs in normal life. It just doesn't happen that easily.

My hope is that this event does help the systems that could identify these issues earlier to be able to better communicate. Maybe if the judge had more information, he would not have released Cho. Only time will tell . . .

I have heard so many people say that he was strange and should have been locked away. If being strange is a good reason to lock people away then some of us would have been put away long ago.

Did he need help? In hindsight the answer is yes. Should he have been forced to get help? Again, in hindsight the answer is probably yes. Should we force everyone to get help by putting them into custody? I hope not.

We need to be vigilant not vigilante.

The kids did an AWESOME job with Brigadoon, we were so very proud of everyone, so much so, that the kids received a standing ovation at the end of the performance.

Good news Andy. I'll bet that you are proud!

Brigadoon is one of my favorite plays. The new plays are good but you can't beat the classic plays.

Just a few pics from last night. Our ST got changed before I could get any pics of her in her Brigadoon costume, these pics were taken after the performance. Just as I was taking the first pic, someone bumped into me, I think the pic still came out kind of cool looking. My sis and niece had Angelina autograph their program books. Pic #2 is of Angelina with my sis and niece Teri, #3 is of the proud parents, and #4 is of Angelina with her BFF Trish and Trish's mom at the diner we went to after the show.

I think it's cool! I also think the posts that have all the same numbers - 55555 - are super cool!

Love the pictures Andy! I'm so glad the play was a such a huge success. It must be so great to see your lovely daughter up there on the stage. What a nice birthday gift for a justifiably proud Dad! Tell Angelina congratulations!!

WOW!!! Some 14 pages have been added since I was on last yesterday afternoon, to late to play ketchup tonight, that will have to wait until later.

The kids did an AWESOME job with Brigadoon, we were so very proud of everyone, so much so, that the kids received a standing ovation at the end of the performance.

I've got to go and get some sleep, Angelina is already in bed and sound asleep, especially since she has to work from 11-4 on Saturday, then has to be back at the high school by 5pm for Saturday night's performance, followed by the cast party, then has to be back at work on Sunday from 11-4.

I had a nice time at dinner with my sister and niece, they got stuck in traffic on the Atlantic City Expressway and were about an hour late getting to the diner.

I only got a couple of pics tonight, but too tired to do anything with them now.

See you in a few hours..............

Glad Brigadoon was a success! I love that musical . . . Isn't it amazing how our teens can manage their lives well . . .

Great pictures. I do miss those days, we spent many nights in the audience watching our daughter. Our favorites were Auntie Mame and Anything Goes. Now she is in graduate school. I also miss the NJ diners, especially Adeplphia and Five Points. I am glad the weather up there is getting better. We are so lucky here in FL. My girls (who are in Andy's neck of the woods) are now just happy when it doesn't rain. Our local news just switched to their Cocoa Beach camera and there was the Magic. It's really great to see her, especially when you have a cruise coming up. We're taking the Eastern next Saturday and I can't wait. It's been 18 months since our last and it seems like forever.
