I really am thinking about it. The past 4 trips down there and I could of had it 1/4 paid off!

I wasn't that Disney crazy until the first time I took dd there in 2004. I had been with a friend and her dd in 1991 and I wasn't that impressed. Of course that vacation was the "vacation from depths of Hade!" :scared1: Her dd was being a brat and she didn't ever tell her to settle down. Then we got to my friend's parents house in Lakeland and they let her the gd run wild. So by the time we hit MK I was at the end of my vacation manners! They still had the sky ride that went from one end of the park to the other. Things just seemed to be run down back then.

With dd we had a blast. Stayed at ASMo and things seemed different. SSR looks nice the times we have been by it. Since we are getting tired of MI weather, it would be nice. My only concern is the yearly fees -- that's what is holding me back from taking the plunge!

The fees really held us off from buying for a long time too. I'm a bargain hunter & tend to wait till the end of August to go when they have some really great deals. The thing is, we found ourselves staying at Pop a lot to really save that money with the free dining plan they've been offering. Not that I have anything against Pop, it's a fun place, but I don't want to stay there every single time to get a bargain. Plus we decided we might want to try some holidays (which we've done since buying DVC). I just think that in a few years, prices are going to jump so much that the annual fee is not going to look so bad. And once you start having your own kitchen, laundry, balcony, etc. you start to get really really spoiled. We love SSR! Anyway, not trying to talk to you into anything because it is a big step, but that was our reasoning for finally taking the plunge!

Funny story about Ursula. I'm blind. Like honest to God legally blind without my contacts/glasses. Well having a DB who is 10 years younger than me, he was just a kid when Lil Mermaid came out. So he got a McD Happpy Meal toy that was a suction cup Ursual. I didn't know he had it...until I got in the shower, blind as a bat and turned around to see the great big fuzzy black thing stuck to the side of the tub! :scared1: Spiders don't bug me, but this looked like a tarantella to my blind eye! YIKES! I knocked the shower door off the runner jumping out of the tub! :lmao:

:lmao:

LASIK :thumbsup2

I'm assuming these are per person - so, I'm in a cat 6 two adults and one 13 year old. Based on the pts above that would be $9,019 which is approximately what I'm paying. I know I'm not first tier but think we are second or third.

Our Cat 10 for 2 adults and 2 age 3-12 was under $6,000, so if I do my math right, your cash is $7,592 for same....

(still a bargain)

I was wrong. She's northwest of Columbus in a town called Dublin. I get points, though, because it did start with a "D".

My sister lives in Dublin. And it's only 15 min from my house! How long is she here? If she has any time to do some shopping, there is a great mall nearby...Polaris Fashion Place. And Easton Town Center is not too far either. My favorite restaurant is at Easton....Abuelo's (Mexican food).
