Ft Wilderness Halloween decorations this week vs next?

I posted this in the Ft thread and didnt get a response today, so I wanted to try the general thread since I need to make a decision asap.

How does this week compare to next as far as Halloween theming and decor at Ft Wilderness? We have had Halloween week waitlisted for months,but have not had any luck yet. I am still waitlisted for next week, but I did manage to find 1 night in a cabin this Thursday 10/23 and cant decide if I should still hold out hope for next week sometime

Also wondering if Headless Horseman only makes an appearance on 10/30 after the golf cart parade or if he comes out more frequently. We saw videos in front of the ranch but they were all from 10/30.
