Could I please have one of those DEVIL DRINKS!!!:drinking1

The snow is so heavy I am leaving it for poor DH to do.:rolleyes1 It is still snowing more!!!!

You do realize that you are going to have to show off all of your swimming strokes on the Magic. I can see it now - slightly inebriated crowd of 100 pirates cheering on a grown man as he swims laps in the adult pool.

Way to go, matey!!! I think a show at Castaway Cay would be much more effective than the adult pool. I think it take three strokes to get from one end to other (I've tried). Good for you for overcoming your fears. Remember, you were swimming BEFORE you were born . ..LOL

:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 I call front row! popcorn:: :drinking1

Seriously jonesing....keep up the good work

What about this board, the posts and the personalities that have been shown here (and in chat) gives you the ideal that there would be anyone on this cruise that is "slightly inebriated?"

ps. remember this is the crowd who 15 months out has already located liquor stores, drink recipes, party locations, etc.

Spot on Tom!!!! :thumbsup2

I figure I'll use my beguiling powers (and a few Piratinis or Pirate's Devil Juice) to make the cheering squad feel so good they'll swear they saw me swim 10 laps in record time!!

But thanks for the encouragement! I've got 15 months to get ready so I can see the sunken Mickey IN PERSON and not via photos ;)

And now, I'm heading to lunch (and update the will )

Are you there yet?

Congrats.

.........and outlets on deck 7 aft for blenders, and just in case it's needed as a back up, lots of batteries for the portable blender :rotfl: :rotfl:

Our room is on deck seven. All we need is a really LONGGGGGG extension cord.:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

and it's all coming our way

We don't want your stinkin snow :scared:

I do not want this stinkin snow either Mary Ann. Can we send it back where it came from??:confused3

On Monday I went to the Orioles home opening game. It was a good game but it was very cold!

That night at about 9 o'clock my DW and I got VERY sick! I was up every hour that night praying to the "porcelain god"! Most of yesterday is a blur and I feel better today but we did stay home again today. It was the worst I have felt in over 20 years.

Now I am way behind in this thread.

Sorry you're feeling so sick! Do you think it was something you ate at the game? I remember having what turned out to be a not so well-cooked sausage sandwich and, well, let's just say the results were what I refer to DS when he was an infant: OOBE.

OOBE = open on both ends

Hope you get to feeling better real soon!

HEY I resemble that remark :rotfl:

Hey Cheryl.....No Yahoo Messenger yet? Got a short break at work and saw you were online. Gotta get back to seeing where all these folks wanna go!

We are deck 7 also, but you cant get much more forward, so it would really really really need to be a long one.

(I guess I shouldn't be mentioning that I have a room #?)

Yes, was on board! Of course, if you ask my DW, it was my fault it got switched.......

I posted some pics a few thousand back of CC after the thunderstorm....

We were way at the far end of CC when the storm squall rolled in. We made it to the covered area by Cookie's to wait out the storm. There were a lot of older kids screaming, which scared DD a bit, but otherwise it was really neat watching the lightning hit the beach. A real pirate adventure.pirate:

Glad you are feeling better. And had a great time at the game . . . it's still a bit cold for baseball season here in SE Virginia. I'm kinda bummed b/c I haven't been able to work on my baseball tan . . .the entire reason for having two children on two different teams . .. LOL

I was back on board when it hit fully (DS1 had enough early), DW and DS2 were just getting off tram when it let loose.
