More about daylight...

Even though we are 4 hours 'behind' East Coast time, Eagle River, AK, has one of the first 4th of July celebrations in the country. Our fireworks begin at 12:01 am on July 4th.

We ride our bikes to the park, hang out for a few hours, watch the fireworks (it still isn't really dark), then ride home & it still isn't dark when we get home at 1 am!

LOL..........its a MP3 Player with Picture and Video capability. Its like a Video IPOD, but made by Microsoft. Begining to think I shoulds stuck with my old IPOD !!!

Wow M all that is really interesting. Is it difficult to sleep when there is so much daylight? I think I would love alot of daylight, but then I would really hate only 6 hrs of daylight at other times.

Okay, one more picture. This is a feet picture. I can't claim these feet as anyone in our family. I friend went on the parasailing at CC and I gave him my camera to take pictures with because I chickened out so these are his feet. Neat picture though.

I agree... I go through so many bouts of imsomnia that all of that would really confuse this body.

Until recently I had a WalPod (a Walmart Ipod) It cost 60 bucks, I thinks it's as good as my Ipod AND it has a radio in it too!

It isn't really difficult to sleep (blackout blinds help), the problem is during the summer, we'll just be sitting around watching TV or something and realize that it is midnight...and we have to be up in 6 hours for work.

And it is a bit tougher to get out of bed in the winter.

I don't have as big a problem with it as DH. I have windows in my office. His is in a big ol' warehouse, so he can go all day in the winter without seeing the sun.

hate following our lil'mechanic after he finished working on his car
and showered..grease fingermarks all over the place...yuk!

just saw the first sign of spring , my son out washing his car!

like our view...we can see the whole valley..40 miles east and 20
miles west...here's a lil triva to..mk girl...the great seal of ohio is due
west from our front porch!

We went parasailing once at Daytona. I really liked it. I would love to PS at CC, but I have a hard time spending so much$$ for 10-12 minutes in the air.

My DH has always wanted to parasail (me, I like both feet on the ground at all times) Anyway, on our August cruise I booked him for parasailing while I has a cabana massage at Serenity Bay. Well windy weather cancelled the parasailing.......The massage however was DEVINE! Anyway, I hope to try to surprise him again with a Zipline excursion on our TOAL.

Anyone considering the Zipline? (not me, not me)

Who gets the perks??? Why is that even a question? Let's see...who has instilled a love of all things Disney into the lil' captains?? Who taught them how to sail? Who is paying for college? Not wifey-pooh!
