All these baby stories... I can't imagine having to go through it . My BFF works as a NICU nurse and some of the stories she tells me just breaks my heart.

My DD was a healthy 9lb 7oz. She came looking like a 3 month old.

Thats good news that he is home and all is well.

Update on my FIL - he has decided he will not live the rest of his life with a feeding tube so now its just a matter of time before he ends up on the hospital with an infection, he really can't swallow well at all. He is on a soft food diet and apparently they may try some sort of stimulation to his throat to see if they can get it to work again for him. Thanks for all the prayers everyone!!

Yeah that's what I thought... It makes no difference to DD since she doesn't know any different. But for an adult that loves food, it would be a very difficult transition. Good luck!


OK so I just wanna say that I am sooooo glad that I don't live in a tornado area. I live in the mountains so they can't form here. Although we did have a "tornado watch" and some quarter sized hail not long ago. Not sure why they would have a tornado watch for this area except that they just look at the sky and forget about geology!

We just have to worry about forest fires here...

After counting the lanyards..I have no extra lanyards...I have a few additional orders that came in after the deadline and am working on filling those but after that - there are no extra. below are some pictures of them. (excuse the pudgy model in the pic)

Do you print door signs on magnetic paper, and if so, which model do you recommend? Just curious, since we haven't tried to print any signs yet, so i'm not sure how our printer will handle the magnetic paper.

I just printed some on my old Stylus Photo R300 and they came out GREAT!!! I have a couple of the portable photo printers, also.

Earlier this week I was at Staples coveting a coupel of the newer 12 x 12's and the HD photo printers...... They have a couple of really nice 3 in 1's!! They are so inexpensive compared to just a few years ago!!!

Epson Photo printers just do the best job (imho) out of all the photo printers I've tried ---- my dad has bought several different ones.

Had to share a few pictures from DS's graduation yesterday. 2 down...2 to go! LOL He also turned 18 on 6/10 so its been a busy (and expensive)week!

He was done with school as of Monday and then had all his fun senior activities all week, other DS was done with school today and DD is done tomorrow!

Congratulations!!!! I have one graduating next year!

Ok..all orders for lanyards have been filled.

We sold a total of 318 lanyards! For those of you who ordered...look for me at the terminal and feel free to pick yours up. I will also be at the meet at 2PM. If I don't meet up with you there..you can come by my cabin or I will come to yours and get them. I fi Am meeting with you the week prior to the cruise..I will bring your with me.

The package it arrived in today was a bit overwhelming!

Tulsa. My nieces left one of their brushes at my house one time and I feel in love with it. When I gave it back my sister bought me one. The big ones are pretty expensive and we also have 2 smaller for the girls.

OK I gotta ask now... What brush do you use??

I actually wanted a girl, but knew that it was pretty unlikely - DS's family REALLY runs to having boys (And despite Henry VIII's beliefs, the guy has everything to do with that part of it!) However, I totally agree with you about not really liking most groups of women! I think that is part of what made me feel so totally out of place as a PTO president. Throughout school, most of my friends were guys with just a few women sprinkled in. I was actually perfectly comfortable at UofI Engineering where I was totally surrounded by guys.

Yeah I just saw their recent TV ad. I was laughing so hard. DH heard that airlines are going to get rid of all of the magizines on board to save weight. I really think that the SkyMall pays for itself.

Last year I printed my door signs on a cheap Lexmark printer (got it on clearance from Target, $7.24!).

I just selected the photo settings and they turned out fine. I'm sure they would have looked even better on a photo printer, but I was happy with what I got.
