I have heard from some family friends (and the Disneyland board) that have just gone and at times the weekends have been slower than mid week. I am not counting on it, but that sure seems bizarre!
Not necessarily. If everyone knows that the weekends are more crowded, then everyone will tend to go mid-week and avoid the weekends, thus resulting in the weekend becoming less crowded.
Or put another way - be sure to post everywhere else on the DIS how terribly crowded DL is on weekends, and how it's particularly expected to be incredibly crowded on the weekend of the 15-17 (what with an entire ship worth of passengers coming to the parks that day along with all their friends and families). That people should do everything possible to avoid that weekend because they expect it to set attendence records. Etc.....
