I think I have my hubby talked into an extra day at WDW!! The way this will happen is by not burning a ticket on party day. Instead, we will go to MK on another day & not go to a park at all on party day until it is party time.

Sounds good until I think about losing my FP for 7DMT on the original MK day and that there are none available on the alternate day. Is it worth an extra day if I lose my 7DMT FP?

The alternate MK day, the park is open 9-midnight. Plus we'll be there on party night from 4-midnight... Do you think the stand-by line for 7DMT will be do-able during the party?

Why not keep both. Adding a day to your tickets should be about 10 dollars per ticket. For my family of 3 adults that means only 1 Grand Marnier Orange Slushie instead of 2. As far as doing the mine ride on a Party night will depend on how many people are at the party.
