So we are settle for a September trip :), no kids :guilty: (hard to miss college). We are going the cheaper way than we usually do, because we will go back in January with the kids (no scholl before 21th), and will do 4 Disney parks and Universal :woohoo:. So we took only 2 days in the parks, will do MK & Epcot, we are on the DDP, give me some suggestions on what we could do the 5 other days...

Universal City Walk at night is fun for two adults. You will have to pay for Universal parking still though.

If you have a car, I suggest going to the Kennedy Space Center. It's about an hour east of WDW. Or, head on over to Cocoa Beach or any other beach in Brevard. One of my faves is Indiatlantic Beach.

If you don't want to travel as far, drive almost to the eastern edge of Orange County (Route 50) and you'll see an air boat company. Go out for a ride; they're lots of fun, require ear protection (provided,) and you see lots of native species, like alligators, sunning themselves.

+1 on Kennedy Space Center. I am also really enjoy Clear Water Beach as a place to stay for a couple nights.

Can you add on the Water Parks Fun & More option to 2 day tickets? That may be a less expensive way of giving you more to do. Otherwise I'd hang out at the resort pool, do the movies at night by the pool/beach depending on what resort you are staying at, watch the water parade from one of the resort beaches, I think sometimes they have free live music at DTD, check out the animals at AKL, play mini golf, window shop in DTD.

Since you have the dining plan you can check out resort and DTD restaurants. Maybe eat at a Beach Club restaurant and then just ride the boat around for a while to DHS/Epcot (I enjoy riding on the boats, might not be your thing).

How about checking out Trail's End and Fort Wilderness?

Park tickets are considerably cheaper the more days you add on. I would just upgrade the tickets and add on extra days. Once you get to day 4, it's only around 10 bucks per person for another day

I agree. I couldn't imagine being at Disney for 7 days and only going to the parks for 2.

In particular that you have the meal plan. More days seems like a no brainer... If it is a split stay then that is a different deal...

Other options are Downtown Disney, outlet malls, Clearwater, pool hop, Vero.

How long are you going for in January? With two stays you're getting to where an Annual Pass is a great option.

If you're going this often, you really should look into DVC. Annual pass sales are usually around $450 dollars and they are good for any 12 month period so you can get 2 or more stays out of them
