JoAnn, I'm taking the girls to see "West Side Story" tonight -- have you seen it yet?

I believe Andrew is still at work, but what is the excuse for the rest of you?

We're going to see "Twelfth Night" at Shakespeare in the Park (with Anne Hathaway) this Friday, and "The Wiz" at City Center (with Ashanti) this Saturday . . . gotta get some shows in before I am out of town for three weeks.

In London, I have tickets to see "La Cage Aux Folles" and "We will Rock You"

In Venice, I feel the need to go to a Vivaldi concert at night, but will just get tickets once there - I hear they are all over . . .

I'm really looking forward to attending the Biennale in Venice . . . it's the pre-eminent modern art event in Europe, held every other year.

I just got tickets through a presale last night for the new Spiderman musical opening next January, music and lyrics by Bono and the Edge, directed by Julie Taymor of "The Lion King" and with aerial effects by Cirque du Soliel . . . should be interesting to say the least!

Did anyone watch the Tony Awards?

So, this time next week I will be fighting jet lag in Dublin, with Venice, London, etc., still to look forward to . . .

Hey, JoAnn, did you get those huge storms we had last night (woke me up between 2 and 3 overnight) and then again this morning? I thought I was in Florida!

Lucky you.......tell us everything when you get back!! Yes, we had a storm this morning early and the one in Florida Friday night was a really bad one. The ceiling of our lobby had fallen and apparently the cars in valet parking were flooded.

Lucky you.......tell us everything when you get back!! Yes, we had a storm this morning early and the one in Florida Friday night was a really bad one. The ceiling of our lobby had fallen and apparently the cars in valet parking were flooded.

Thank you for joining in! I was getting really tired of myself! I'm accustomed to big torrential rains and thunderstorms when in Florida, but not so much here . . .

Yes! Keep an eye out for Cody Green, he's the one who gets killed in the rumble, he won "Step It Up" last summer a dance elimination show. I was thrilled to see him on this show. He's fantastic! Also, I'm seeing it again the day after we see Wicked with Ken (b/c he didn't come last time.......so psyched!) Have a great time, enjoy it!!

Yes! Keep an eye out for Cody Green, he's the one who gets killed in the rumble, he won "Step It Up" last summer a dance elimination show. I was thrilled to see him on this show. He's fantastic! Also, I'm seeing it again the day after we see Wicked with Ken (b/c he didn't come last time.......so psyched!) Have a great time, enjoy it!!

We will! I have a tradition of taking the girls to something on Broadway at the beginning and end of each school year (and of course other times, too!) and the two oldest girls have their last day tomorrow (the younger one is already out as of Friday).

Well, it does look strange but I love the music of Queen, so figure I can't go wrong in that department . . . I was looking for things I can't see here.

No, I forget to DVR it and I was flying home that night...........I saw Billy Elliot and I thought it was fantastic.......so glad it won so many!!

Does West Side Story have a Monday show (they must if you are seeing it the night after we get together for Wicked -- I will be seeing Green Day in MSG)? That is so unusual! When are they dark, then?

We will! I have a tradition of taking the girls to something on Broadway at the beginning and end of each school year (and of course other times, too!) and the two oldest girls have their last day tomorrow (the younger one is already out as of Friday).

Well, with Tara in NYC, we've been going a little more often.........I had an avoidable appointment this morning so I had to take off and I'm supposed to be cleaning right now.......

That's too bad that you missed it -- I never miss it and in my opinion this was one of the best shows they have put on -- I can't imagine people seeing some of the numbers and not wanting to come see a Broadway show, which is the point . . . Neil Patrick Harris was a terrific host . . . yes, we were glad Billy Elliot did so well, too -- my middle daughter has quite a crush on all three Billys and we have met them so it ws so cute to see them accepting their award so awkwardly, just like real kids!
