6/13/2009 Western on Magic- Our Cruise Chat Continues!

I guess I will be recognizable on the cruise because I will be he only one without a manicure and pedicure!!

We have 1 suitcase each, plus 2 garment bags, a small suitcase with FE bags and all our carry ons--and this was trying to pack light. I always have so many unused things I take just in case--and a ton of medicine-just in case, and somehow I still forget something.

I am partially packed and won't finish until Thursday-will be doing laundry, but at least we aren't leaving too early, so I won't be rushing like crazy in the morning Friday.

Hard to believe it is here--then I have nothing to look forward to.

LOL- I agree about nothing to look foward to. We probably won't be going to Disney for a while- at least not until 2011(maybe)- we rented our DVC points for next year already so we could put the money up for buying a new house, and no Disney cruise in sight- as we are doing an Alaskan cruise in 2011 with all of my extended family.

Hi everyone - I'm at home working on a big brief that needs to be filed before I leave, and I cant stand to read it FOR ONE MORE SECOND, so here I am
I'm almost packed. We have one big suitcase with clothes, a smaller one with snorkel gear, shoes, medicine, sunscreen and god knows what else, then a smaller one (carry on size) with FE stuff. Those will be checked, then we'll each have a carry on. They are full to the brim, so I better not come home with more stuff. No souveniers for the girl this time (that'll happen, sure).

Can't wait for Friday to come, even if it means no sleep between now and then. Safe travels everyone, and I'll see you at the Radisson around 6 pm!!

We are done with all of our packing- thank goodness because we're leaving tomorrow night!!! I have 4 suitcases/a garment bag/toiletry bag!! We will carry our backpack and a bag with last minute essentials that we used on our road trip.
I tried to do the online checkin for the Radisson and it was giving me problems so I'll just check in when we get there. I can't wait to see everyone at our Dismeet at the Radisson on Friday evening- I will be drinking by the pool probably. How will we know everyone?

Our kids will give us away......Look for three kids with shirts saying thing 1 thing 2 and thing 3 and if not then we will all be in the pool..... I think we will know each other because we could at 6:30 all be sitting at the tables right in front of the little outside bar????

This is exactly why we are booking the Halloween Cruise for 2010 because of the great price and also to have another fantastic voyage to plan for

I think we will wait until the new ships are out to cruise on Disney again- as much as I would love to cruise DCL every year- DH doesn't agree. LOL

I got called back into work tonight (was supposed to be off). Needless to say it has put a wrench in our plans to leave tomorrow, so now we will drive down Thursday. On top of that, I got 2 super sick 24 weekers and have finally gotten a 5 minute break. I am so ready for this cruise!!! At least I have on my vintage Mickey and friends beach scrub top. And I am not working again for 2 weeks!!!!

Wow have you all been talking! I don't have time to catch up and read tonight but hope everyone is doing well!! and ready for the upcoming trip or at least almost ready!
Just have a few things left to pack for tomorrow and then we are off flying in late! As matter of fact we should be in Orlando in just under 24 hours from now!!

WELL.... Jayde has officially told me that she is NOT excited about this trip & wishes she was not going. I asked why she didn't tell me this earlier ~ she said cuz I already paid for the trip. ARGH!!! She is disappointed that she will be missing friends graduation parties. I guess this will be the last vacation I take her on!!!

Hi y'all....
too much to do at home and work and not enough time. Story of my life, I guess. Wish I was more organized. I tried making t shirts last night and MELTED the transfer paper so it's one big mess. Then I tried to book an international flight this morning for a fall trip and right in the middle of it Delta changed the fare and it doubled right before I could click "BUY" (I was in the middle of the reservation!!! PS, Delta wouldn't do anything about it, of course.) I'm ready to cry, but just don't think that'd be appropriate at work ...

On a bright not, I am sending everyone and looking forward to meeting up on Saturday. We might be wearing our melted tshirts on Saturday ... look for us! the two loud blondes -- one will be complaining about the "stupid tee shirt you made me wear" and the other will be telling her to "knock it off"

when Blake was a senior he missed some lose friends' parties--3 years later he is finally over it--but I think girls are more dramatic.

She will have fun once she gets there and meets some people--don't worry about it and concentrat on enjoying your vacation
