Happy Thursday. Well we have about a foot of snow on the ground now. Mark is getting ready to head out and use the snowblower and then off to work we go.

What's a snowblower? We have our ENDLOADER ready to go on our lawn tractor for when we get snow (notice it says 'when', not 'if'). I got up to see all the trees covered in ice here today.

The pool and pool house are nice. I need to finish DS room and move him out of the pool house back into his room. Need to recapture the pool area for us and not for him.

Hmm... sounds like battle of the climate-based amenities... hmmm... sure am glad I moved to FL... I love my pool MUCH better than I loved my snowblower!!!!!

Anybody got a good restaurant recommendation in San Diego? Going there in March for our annual convention, and have a free Saturday night before our 'festivities' start. Suggestions, anyone?

And I'd estimate up here got about oh 8 inches or so of very wet stuff. Lots of drifting that is much higher(2+ foot drifts) so hard to tell how much for real.

After almost 2 hours with the 26" 10 hp 2 stage, it's all where it belongs.

Almost have enough yard to justify a tractor, almost.

And it is finally winter to me, we have snow.

Not that I've been there, but there's a strip of restaurants along the beach on the north side of San Diego bay. I think a lot of them have seating overlooking the bay. Sounded nice to me, when I first heard about it. We ate downtown when we were there.

I was in San Diego several years ago, with my parents, and we ate at a really great restaurant down by the wharf...I guess that's what you'd call it. I know it wasn't in Old Town. I'll have to look and see if I can find the name of it.

It's all about the toys. The bigger the better. Hey, with all this snow you might need a bigger snowblower!!!! For you family's safety you should run down and get the biggest snowblower out there :jumping4: :jumping4:

Actually we have a REALLY nice one that my mom and her husband gave us when they moved to Florida. It was only one year old and looked sparkling new. Lots of horses. Now we just need snow not rain!!!!

Of course, everytime I ask for snow around here I get a dirty look from my staff. (They had over a foot of snow while we were cruising).

We haven't been to San Diego for awhile now. I know we ate at a fish food restaurant down in a little shopping district that was South of Downtown area that was Excellent. Maybe DW can remember the name of the place.

big accident on spring valley and the country club road. truck vs. conversion van. lights and sirens. gawking neighbors. the guy who told us not to let the well drillers drill past 50 feet was snapping pictures!

Great picture Stacey! Taking pictures underwater is a gamble at best. The only life I can get to pose are Alicia (and she does that well) and the rooted stuff. The rest is luck and lots of patience!!
