Jared's watching some kind of country music award show, but I'm getting ready to take over the remote for my Monday night go-between. Prison Break/ Deal, No Deal.

Sue....you and Jeanne might both enjoy the books that Ohminnie and Monica and I have talked about. There are a series of books by Jan Karon...called the Mitford Series. Just be sure you start with the first one! ;)
I'm halfway through the last one, and I'm taking it really slow...I don't want it to end!

I don't know...what are they? I was wearing Tommy Hilfiger denim shorts. The "Boyfriend" cut.

Oh wait...you said "shirts"...what kind of shirt is that? I had on a coral colored Nautica tank with satin at the shoulders and satin down the sides. Is that a "husband beater"???
I can't believe I have to explain this....... :lmao: Doesn't Jay catch you up with current events??? :confused3 :teeth:

since you insist (warning: NC17 rating) :rolleyes1

We are back. have been reading forever catching up on the thread. We had a Blast in WDW, rode EE only one time. Dominique wasnt impressed. We had fast passes for them and gave them away. she didnt like riding backwards in the dark. The weather was beautiful the whole time we were there. It wasnt too too hot and the wind was blowing most days. the crowds were about as we expected.

We are counting down the days until it is time to cruise. Sorry to all that got bad weather up in Atlanta this past weekend. Also to the folks that got the tornados(sp) last week.

We were outside doing yard work most of the afternoon. Starting back on our work week tonight. we drove home yesterday and had to go to work extra time.

think i am caught up now.

Loved the Mitford series. Got a bit bogged down in "Shepherd's Abiding" for some reason, but the rest were great. I must be a mid-series bogged-downer, cuz I did the same thing in the middle of the Left Behind Series.

As for Mitford.....I gave the first one to Mike's mom shortly after she started chemo. Everytime she needed a new one we'd have amazon ship her the next one. She said she was able to lose herself in those books because of how they were written. It made her forget about her chemo troubles on many occasions. :)

OK, I recently asked a question about dining and if the boys had to wear pants to dinner. So, it was taken the wrong way. Those cute little bodies with those little butts are cute without pants on (tidy whities though), but not at the dinner table.

What I meant was - do they HAVE TO wear pants or can they wear shorts to dinner? It would be quite breezy if the pants were left in the room. We'll leave that attire for the pool. :thumbsup2

I think it is perfectly fine for little boys to wear shorts and a nice shirt (either knit or cotton) to dinner. They need to be comfortable. Probably not on formal night, I think that calls for long pants...but I've seen a lot of cute little boys in cute little short outfits.

Those would be a perfect choice during chemo...or any trying time. Which is exactly when I picked them up and started. Going through a really rough patch a few years ago, and I, too, escaped into them. I ended up feeling like a part of the family......that's why I'm hating reading the last one. :sad1:

T.O.P. with Ohminnie and the Mitford series!
Or, as they say in the book...."I'll be et fer a 'tator!"
