Since the girls are out of town I let Matt pick the restaurant tonight. Song Mongolian Grill. I just spent 3 hours watching him eat. Very impressive! :sunny:

We left at 5:15 and are just getting home. That kid got my moneys worth tonight.

It's just that when it's raining outside and someone from a sunny place chimes in, it hurts!!

Yeah... I know... we got so sick of hearing from Ray's dad for 7 years that we finally shut him up by moving here...

Heading off to Philly in the AM for meetings until Wednesday. Don't run the post count up too high... I'm leaving the laptop home, trying to survive with just my new PDA... and there's no way I can keep up with all the blabbing on that thing...

But I'll take one last TOP pirate: before I go.

Yes, I planning on going with him. I hope we don't run into an age issue. Their website does not mention it, but I'll call on Monday to double check.

If I land in your loading dock do I get a free beer?

When I went, the minimum age was 18... but it wasn't in DeLand.

You DO realize that your health and/or life insurance WON'T cover you if anything happens... they make you sign more paperwork than buying a house.

If you land on our dock, I'll get you a beer... right after I scrape you off the pavement.

I was in the middle of catching up yesterday, and the boards froze up on me. Didn't even know Kevin got the 35,000 milestone. He's so modest.

Did you guys ever get all the movie trivia? I had some answers ready when I got frozen. I do like movie trivia.

My kid would be just fine with not shopping for NEW clothes, ever. Her favorite store is the used clothing store near the University. And if I gave her my ENTIRE vintage clothing inventory (well, at least the ones that fit), she'd be in heaven. She was gaga over my latest 50's dress finds yesterday. We're talking Natalie Wood type dresses, full skirts and all. And her dance teacher asked if I could help with costumes for the Beatles number, early 60s stuff. With TWO weeks notice! Oddly enough, I do have a few things that will work.

JIM, what is a Free Fall party? I stand by my theory that you are trying to kill that kid before he reaches 18. No college tuition, right?

Awwww - I'm sure it's going to be beautiful!! :goodvibes I hope you'll have pictures to share (hint, hint!) ;)

We have a photographer booked so hopefully there will be some good ones, now if I could loose 60lbs before then I could even feature in some!!!
It is only in August but a lot to organize and the things get booked up so you have to organize it way before and I am normally such a procastinator!!!

We didn't set him up, he is too busy running around outside to sit inside on the computer...next raiiny day...

That's exactly what happened today. Rainy day, got him all set up on the boards. AJ's usually outside until he can't see out there anymore.

I think it is sky diving but am not sure :confused3

We are back from dinner, went for italian and I had red snapper francese which was yummy.
DS is sleeping at my brother so only DD is here, she is suffering from alergies really badly so has gone to bed, her eyes are itchy and she sneezes - poor kid!!!

It's been quiet here today. I'm heading off to bed now. After just watching the news, I'm not sure we'll be able to make it to Mass in the morning. Our chuch is right down the street from where some heavy damage was. They were reporting that the streets may not be cleared until late tomorrow. I guess there is more tree damage than they were reporting this morning.

Oh ... big news ... the tooth fairy is visiting our house tonight. Emily finally lost her first tooth. It has been lose for probably 3 weeks now. I had to pull it today. Bruce had taken Ashley to a birthday party and Emily & I were getting ready to go out. I wiped her mouth with a towel & must have knocked it enough so that it was hanging by a thread. I never imagined that I would be the one that had to pull it! I was a little nervous but composed myself for her sake. She freaked over the blood a little but then became very excited about the tooth fairy visiting.

Night, night all!

Hope it is a really generous tooth fairy so she can buy some nice stuff on board!!! :lmao:

Hi! Sounds like everyone had a nice day today. We had fun...and I'm not sunburned, so that's good. It was 88°, so I never got out of the shade. Well, I did for a few minutes so I could take pictures of the bull riding.

One last performance tomorrow and then our little town gets back to normal.

Well, I am nodding off here, so I think I had best go climb into bed.

Good night!!

Some pictures of the bulls....our seating area is right on the arena level...up close and personal.

:flower1: Good morning cruisers! :flower1:

Happy Sunday!

A busy day for us. We didn't get home until after 10 pm last night from an early Easter dinner/1st birthday party with some of Mark's family we don't get to see often enough.

Today will be church, then the boy scout pancake breakfast, then we are going over to a friends house for a BBQ. This friend is from the DIS and we sailed with her and her family on the DVC Member Cruise. We are doing circle journals and we are getting together to I can pass the next two over to her.

Good Morning All - Today will be busy for us as well, Palm Sunday and breakfast at a close friends -- before we contnue with more house and garden tasks to spruce up for Easter.

We had a great evenng at our neghbors...I thought it was just a get together but they had invited friends and family - About 10 in all - a good mix of folks and good food, beer, dessert and company!!!!!

Ang - Good job with the tooth (yuck - all part of being a Mommy)

We left early and came home late last night so I have not seen the damage. I heard the Master's was rain delayed, but will hope it is not severe for you.

It's on Beach St just N of ISB. It is good. Hope you enjoy cooking your own food because that is how it works. People who enjoy mixing their own vegs, meats, sauces, spices really enjoy it. Matt tried lots of new combos.
