wow! I think I'm going to have Mike arrested for slipping drugs in my morning lattes. I think he's giving me Lipitor without my knowledge. He gave me my lab results that I had drawn two days ago. I pulled out old copies of labs. In 1998 my cholesterol was 244. In 2003, it went down to 220. Now it's 198. Triglycerides are down from 172-117 in that span too.

WOW. WOW. And here I thought based on my family history I was going to drop over dead sometime in the next year. Maybe I DO have a fighting chance!!!!

Hey all -- nothing going on here. MIL is moving this weekend. My folks are coming in from Austin on Saturday and will leave Monday morning for Phoenix. I think it will be a busy weekend. Only 2 more weeks before I am in Florida for 5 whole days (no kids, no husband) Not sure what I will do with my free time NOT

I think when I come back, I am going to start a bag for all of the small stuff I don't want to forget to take to Disney. I think I have most shopping done for me, dh and dd. Really will have to take ds out to get some new things. Unfortunately, he hates shopping, but then he doesn't always like what I pick out. So, I tell him he has to go. He would be most content to go to dinner every night in t-shirts and shorts. I told him he would have to wear docker type pants and polo shirts and I get groans.

From the last time, I don't recall my numbers, but the 'bad' one was very low, but the 'good' one wasn't exactly high either. When I asked him if there's anything I should change in my diet to increase it, his quick answer was:

Whoops, that's not exactly gonna work for me.

Hi all. NAP from Nashville here. Anyone know what movies will be playing in Walt Disney Theater on the 5/27 cruise? My DS really enjoys that part of the trip.

I am hoping, hoping, hoping that they'll show a sneak premiere of CARS, the new Pixar/Disney movie that debuts the following week... the previews are on the Incredibles DVD, and Christopher has had the release date marked on his calendar for over 18 months... it would just be GREAT if they'd let us see it first!!!!

Hello All, we made it back from my folks. It is nice to have DD home. They had a wonderful time at Sea World (inspite of the little missing child part). I love that we are close enough for her to spend time with my folks and how happy it makes them to spend time with her.

Karen, I am so glad you like the delivery. To all, Swan was really wonderful to work with, I would highly recommend them. I like to support small companies especially when they are doing their own thing. So many Mom and Pop places have disappeared. It is fun when you find one, thank you KikiPug/Karen for tipping us off to it. So enjoy!

Glad to hear it. I know that it's against DIS rules to promote a business... but I just want all of us fellow Double-Scoopers who enjoy good chocolate (especially with good wine... finally drank the Banfi with the rest of the truffles last weekend)... and besides, I am so proud of my dear friend for taking a risk and following her dream... it's really paying off for her. I'll be sure to share your kind words with her, Jeri.

Next week is Dad's 70th birthday. We have a surprise party planned for him and it should be alot of fun (I'm bringing a case of Banfi!). That is when we will tell him and Mom about their birthday/anniversary/christmas present. We booked a room for them with us on the Holiday Cruise in December. It would be wonderful for them to be with us. My only question is if they will actually go, as it means being away from the rest of the family during Christmas.

The past several years my family has become more accepting of not having to all be together on the actual *day* - we still get everyone together for a celebration - it just might be a week before; 2 days after......

My experience is that the PremEAR the show at midnight on the day it hits the land based theaters. Never have heard of a preview.
