We may end up with a little dog for sale......yesterday when Jared and I got home, Jared said "When did you give Ash the rabbit?" I looked outside to see that the dog had taken my White Rabbit (my very cherished White Rabbit from long ago) and had it outside!

Told the kids later that under NO circumstances would I ever give the dog one of my Disney plush! And so if they see that the little thief has one, get it immediately.

This morning I was in the kitchen getting my coffee and looking at the paper, and I turned around and saw the little stinker...sleeping....on the end table in the living room!! I could see a cat doing that, but a dog????

Be careful!! Let sleeping dogs lie.........

Hey everyone,

Just took a lunch break. I think I like having DH home. He needs a "real" lunch. Not like me, I'll just nibble on something, he needs a meal. So today we had a cheeseburger with fries. Mmmmmm good.

Now it's off to go food shopping. My FIL is coming home after being in Syracuse(upstate NY) with my SIL for his radiation treatments. He has stomach cancer and has only been home for 2 days since November. The kids made a banner for him saying "Welcome home Pop Pop". And I'm going to get some balloons to put around his house. I bet he's soooo excited. We are too.

OK, gotta go now. Just got a call from the Ron Jon resort about staying there the night before the cruise. Only $79, but I have to sit for the 90-minute presentation. No thanks. We already have a timeshare. And it's NOT 90-minutes.

I tried to take a picture, because even though I don't think I want him on the end table, it was kinda cute. But he hears the camera turn on and moves...always. I think it's instinctive....like hearing a gun being cocked.

Irene -- hope things go well with your mom. Charley's mom is getting ready to move into a retirement village. After she broke her arm and hip last summer, she decided the house was too much for her. It is breaking Charley's heart, so I know what you are going through.

Make sure when you fill out the form that you circle if you want the red bag or the royal blue bag. I have received several so far, so keep them coming. I will be in WDW March 31 - April 4, so I won't be around for a few days to check on them.

Unincorpated means that we pay taxes to the county. We are not in any city limits. Julia was in the same situation but at the end of last year her area became its own city. I think she said that their taxes are going up. Ours are NOT supposed to if we become a city. We'll see. I'm sure they were told the same thing. In N Fulton there are 2 cities that want to be formed - Milton in the NW area and Johns Creek in the NE. Here's the link to the Milton area ... http://www.cityofmilton-ga.org/default.aspx.

From that website ... "The bill creating the New City of Milton passed in the house (127-21) and passed in the Senate (49-0). All that remains now is for Governor Perdue to sign the bill into law."

I'm pretty sure that the bill for Johns Creek passed earlier this week.

Looks like we may be voting this summer.

Regarding "taxes" I can tell you as a former Cobb County resident (Lassiter High School District) that "unincorporated Cobb" has some of the lowest taxes you'll find anywhere - and GREAT County services! Gwinnett County (we're in Unincorporated Gwinnett) property taxes are HIGH and the roads probably the most congested you'll find in metro Atlanta.

I was looking forward to Lisa's state meet because it is in SE Florida, dive country.

I was all set to dive Rodeo 25 which is a deep wreck, but the winds kicked up today. All diving cancelled today and tomorrow. I have tanks, but no place to go.

Guess I'll just go to our south Florida office and work. What a drag!

At least we are meeting Irene on the way home for dinner.

To bad she does not like Banfi or I would take a bottle, one that Lisa earned.

Hey all! Just checking in while the pork chops are on the grill. DD in the bath after another great swim session. She is so ready for the pool!

Interesting news I found today. I work for a small company (150 folks) and we were supposed to merge with another company of about 500 folks at the end of Feb. Today we are told the merger is off. Wierd, well I like small companies better so guess this means I will be traveling again soon. Well let you know when and where cuz I might bump into one of you never know.
