what is with the smilies? why can't they just STAY put? they are always changing places. i go to get one and i know where it WAS....but not it has moved and i can't find it. can't get get sticky smilies??

wow. cool. trying to get finances more in order. so i called my mortgage co....my loan to value ratio on the house (by my figures) is 71%. anything below 80% you can drop the pesky PMI....

according to THEIR figures (higher appraisal, I guess) my LTV is actually 59%....

so they are going to put in to have my PMI dropped.

problem is...as they looked at my account....we no longer pay PMI...

since we refinanced 2 yrs ago!

Oh...ok....nevermind!

check that off of my list!

Services for Jay's mom have finally been arranged. Stupid BIL....not too on-the-ball, that guy. They will be NEXT Saturday, the 28th. As much as I hate to see that day come, Jay needs the closure. Wish it were a little sooner.

Sorry, was looking up the Albuquerque Hot Air Balloon Festival. Stupid homeschooling. Nick had to read an article on this and now is begging to go! When it is? October?

The google images did look pretty cool. I love the night glow.

Yes, I AM working... putting together the stupid promotional giveaway stuff that we give out at bars during football playoff games on Sunday...

Lets see... t-shirts...check. Hats...check. Miniature footballs...check. Football-jersey-shaped bottle coolies... check. Football helmet shaped beads... check.

And for this I went to grad school!!!!!

(Of course this is in between calls to Bellsouth because the toll-free number for the NEW business isn't working, dropping off beer at an Episcopal elementary school, and tripping over this darn fan in the hallway... I think it's lunchtime.)

They have one here, too....not as big, though, I don't think. But it is really pretty.

Not that you really want to be in Houston in August - but, our festival is also really neat - and it's held on NASA's grounds. This is the link from last year's festival...

What Are Moderators? Moderators oversee specific forums. They generally have the ability to edit and delete posts, move threads, and perform other manipulations. Becoming a moderator for a specific forum is usually rewarded to users who are particularly helpful and knowledgeable in the subject of the forum they are moderating.

Note that it doesn't say anything about smilies. :cool1:
