OM, I was amazed actually. We sat down to watch the first episode at about 8:30 last night. And we watched all four on that disc, Kevin stayed up waaaay past his bedtime! I guess we're officially hooked, he's asking me how we can get more than one disc at a time.

I really need to have Alicia watch it though. See what happens when you sneak out of your parents house at night? You get roofie'd, crowbarred, injected with herion, run over by a car, and almost shot! So, will she live?

Scuba, if you could download the booksfree MP3s to an Ipod, I guess you could really get your moneys worth out of that membership! Of course, then you need time to listen to all those books.

Hey all. Homecoming went off went off well last night. The kids all looked so nice in their dress up clothes. I will try to post a picture later of DS. I stayed up too late again last night. I picked up the kids at midnight when dance was over. I am not used to staying up that late anymore. I think I really am old now

OK, I need some ideas. I'm room mother for 5th grade. To be PC, the school has a 'harvest' party in place of the Halloween party. The theme this year is corn and soybeans/grain (it's Illinois, OK). I'm OK with snack (corn bread, candy corn, popcorn, etc.), but I need ideas for crafts and games with this theme. I was thinking whole wheat toast frisbee, or pasta building with blu-tack connectors, something along that line? Last year the theme was apples, and I had them build sculptures of apple chunks and toothpicks for craft/game/snack. I know you are all a bunch of creative people. I've been googling, with not many results. HELP!

Here's how you get more than one out at a time....upgrade your Netflix to 6 at a time! Or, buy it! We may buy it (probably off ebay) for my parents. We were telling them about it and they said "well, after you watch it, send them our way and then we'll send them back in." NOT! No way we could wait *that much* longer for our next disc. As it is, we've hijacked a spot from the kids' queue so we can have 5 out at a time (kids can have 1)

Will Janet live.....hmmm.....well, that was one of the (almost) unexpected twists of the story. I say "almost" b/c 10 minutes before it happened on the show, Mike paused the DVD and said "I'll bet........" and he turned out to be right.

I'll have to go to fox.com and see exactly where you guys are in the story. Hint....do not go digging around on fox.com....I found out a couple of things early that I shouldn't have known.

I have seen several of these lifestyle photos in people's posts and they all seem to be great. Is there an extra charge for these, or are they the same as the other 8x10s? I wonder if the photo release for copying shutters photos applies to these as well???

You got it. Ok, went to Fox. Wow. Seems like so long ago I saw that episode, but it couldn't have been more than a couple of weeks ago. Then again, that was 20 episodes ago!

Okay all you IPod users here is a question for you. I'm probably the last person on earth to get an IPod, but it's time.

Irene posted yesterday about Booksfree.com (Sharon will probably sign up today for the book subscription) They also have MP3 audio books. I would rather borrow than buy so I'm interested in this instead of using Audible.com.

Booksfree.com ships MP3 discs. Will I be able to copy these MP3 discs to an IPod?

Mr. Scuba, you gave me a hard time about posting this for OHMinnie; but, now you refer to me as Irene!!! No offense Irene, just have give Mr. Scuba a hard time. Who know that more than OHMinnie would be interested.

Maybe we'll have to rent Season 1. We tried to jump in on Season 1 but seemed to lost. We got hocked at the beginning of Season 2.
