Hey Angie! No, I wasn't allowed to go to the concert! Tori said the arena was about 3/4 full. (probably because it was a weeknight.)

I've been to Gwinnet Arena many times. It's my favorite venue for a concert. The sound quality is first-rate and there really isn't a bad seat in the house! (unlike Phillips Arena) And parking is FREE!!!

If you can get Hannah tickets, definitely go for it!

I guess I will be looking for a podiatrist today. Alicia has an ingrown toenail that just won't quit. Our usual remedies are not working, and she's been sitting out of dance at school.

I think they're all Disney stars? I didn't know who Aly & AJ were either - but I guess they're pretty popular! Tori said everyone knew the lyrics to both Aly&AJ's and Corbin's songs - but hardly anyone knew Drake's songs. But SHE sure did!! She even screamed out "Drake - I'm going to marry you!" (and evidently he heard it! I'm sure Corbin's dad was impressed with that! )

Yes, they are all Disney stars. Drake is the only one that we don't know but think I saw that he is a star of one of the shows currently on. Guess we've just never seen that one. Aly & AJ (real-life sisters) have done several songs & a few movies for Disney. Not sure how much I see them any more but they definitely play their songs on Radio Disney.

My sister told me a story about someone she knew getting free tixs to an Aly & AJ concert. The mom nor kids had any idea who they even were. They wound up sitting next to Aly & AJ's mom and got invited to go backstage after the concert. My kids would have freaked!

Hi folks, just watched the news and saw that Dean took a direct 165 mh hit to Costa Maya....I hope all our Mayan families are safe. It's strange that the news is focusing on the area being evacuated from cruise ships, but yet we were hosted by a family that had been in the area for generations. Their homes did not look all that sturdy. Our guide was explaining how they were open so that the homes could sway with the winds. Trust me, I would not want to stay in them during anything like a Cat 1 much less a Cat 5. I did not enjoy a Cat 3 in a concrete block home.

So to Ivan and all at Native Choice - we are praying for your recovery efforts.

That's where my thoughts have been, too, Irene. We've been praying for our Mayan hosts and their community. I was hoping there would be some word on one of the cruise sites about the Native Choice and their surrounding community, but I image it will be awhile before word can get out.

Good Morning!

Hair and dentist appointments this morning so I am on the run.

I was thinking that it hadn't been that long since I HAD seen a doctor for my heel...the podiatrist....but then I thought back...it's been a whole year already. Remember when I was complaining that I didn't want to wear the "boot" on the cruise???

You know, some girls start noticing boys when they are 2 years old (mine did), nothing much you can do about it.

I didn'tmake the podiatrist appointment at lunch. Told Alicia to call me if it was bothering her, and she didn't call. Turns out her phone was here the whole time. Guess I will try in the morning.

Yep! You got that right!! I've already been drooling over the specs on both. But for the dollars, the D300 is hell of a camera!! Will be waiting awhile for my replacement. I've only had the D200 for 15 months, I can hold out for awhile...........
