Stacey -- you don't have to worry about me on the DVC referral. Texas does not allow it. We have referred 2 people that purchased and were not eligible for referrals. Oh well, still love my DVC.

I will be so stoked if they opened DVC on the west coast. We have stayed at the GC on points, but it is hefty! Still beats paying cash price though

Supposedly we've set the record for the least amount of sun in January for Houston...I think we're on at least 10 straight days of rain...

I was trying to send a PM....and the Boards slowed to a dead stop. I refreshed the page, and then I got the little window that is supposed to say "RETRY" and a whole bunch of other stuff........only it was all in CHINESE!
