Scared to even look at the prices for 2008

I'm even more afraid to see what the summer prices will be in combination with lurking over on the main board, seeing the various disappointed threads, cutbacks, and voicing opinions to DCL. Usually, I can take those threads with a grain of salt -but, they're becoming a little more frequent/concentrated. They're becoming harder to ignore

What if we looked into booking all together as a group? It might lower the price or give you on board credit.

Let's try to get together for lunch one day. Laura wants to get together too. I think she's at WDW now. I'm tied up with work next week. Maybe we can shoot for the week after Thanksgiving if everyone's schedules permits.

I booked for 2007 while on board in May and the prices weren't too bad but that was before I booked our big one so I am planning on changing it to 2008 and hoping it's not too bad, I love cruising and if DCL starts becoming way over priced we will stick with Princess which we love as well

Good Morning! (Afternoon?)

I went to my supposedly all night scrapbooking marathon last night. I lasted until about 10:00. Guess I'm not as young as I once was.
The other gals loved seeing the pictures of the Wonder, and the Creative Memories consultant was thinking that DCL would be a great place to have one of their meetings/conventions/reward things. I'd have to agree with her on that one!

I hung up on the First Lady this a.m. - 10 minutes later - the phone rings and John yells he's got me beat - he hung up on the President. Lest you think I'm partisan - I've hung up on pre-recorded calls across all party lines - and my answering machine is full of messages - until I delete them. With all of the polling - why can't the parties take a market survey to determine if the $ spent on the recordings is beneficial...

3 days and counting!!!

I already voted. Got on line and order the absentee ballot. It makes the last few weeks bareable since the ads won't affect me.

Today was my big day. I ran my first marathon this morning. It was not pretty, but I finished with my pride intact This was a small marthon so I could get one under my belt before my Dec marathon in West Palm Beach.

I'm going to bed early tonight!

Same here. I don't know how many times I answered the phone today "Hello. Hello." for it to be followed by a recording. I immediately hang up too. Ours has been mainly local stuff since we just became a city in July & this is our first election.

CONGRATS Jim!!! I know you & all of your family are proud of you. Did anyone go out to cheer you on? I like when Bruce runs the local 1/2 marathons. We can cheer him at the beginning, grab some breakfast then cheer him toward the end.
