Good Morning All......Up early - more travel...will need to check on what you have been up to yesterday.

We went diving - flat seeas, but.....sip, sip, sip...

What was that....

that was the reef....
really....

To say the least - strong current.

First dive was "shark dive" so called because you can almost always see sharks there. We had to swim to get to the reef, and then it was lay back and relax....I had my camerra and it was working this time, so we will see what blurs I managed to capture. Sam and I were back behind the group. We saw what I think wre reef sharks, sleek, black tips. The vis was not good, but we had loads of fish. No eels this trip, no lobsters....all hiding or in the pot! I was having a great time, wathing my N levles as it was a deep dive and then, wait, how did I get from 1200 to 700????? O ring leak... Sam could tell so he tried to tighten up the reg. Having folk climb on your back in 70 feet of waer is very strange...Anyway, surfaced just fine, with safety stop and waited for the boat....

Second dive was yelowtial. That is the old river bed...And if you thought the last dive was fast, this was a roller coaster.....Two of the guys had full face masks, strange....But this joy of this dive were the turtles....at the end of the dive...Surfacing was different - we went up at a 10-20 degree angle....so you could still see the reef and fish, and the turtles for a long time on the ascent.

Downside of the dive, I was tired and crashed as soon as we got the gear soaking....

We're home. Did you even know we were gone? :lmao:

Spent the weekend camping in Mohican. My parents were there with their trailer so we stayed with them. Good times. Lots of food. A bit too hot for my liking, but bearable.

It was GREAT to get home and jump in the shower though!!!!

WOW! Come home to a U TOP!

pixiedust: pdfg and Sam's siter and the Galle family.....I know I'm missing SOMEONE....

We love camping.....hot is not fun in canvas..... :teeth: But that is a good reason to lay back and relax- instead of hiking.....(hee hee).

Wish I could have kicked the jerk for you - glad he was ok but really!

OH MY!!!!!!!! WHAT IS GOING ON... NO NEW POSTS IN NEARLY 9 HOURS!!!!!!!!

YA'LL MUST HAVE FOUND SOMETHING MORE IMPORTANT TO DO!!!!!!

Hey Lady Poo - glad you are back...

[QUOTE = scubadiver] I ran Saturday in Fort Wilderness. Cool place and so different from staying in the hotels, but still Disney. Sharon actually agreed to camping there before our tickets run out. That was a miracle! Today we found out in church that the kids are spending Night of Joy weekend at Fort Wilderness. Now we don't know if Sharon will go camping or not. It's just fun to see her camp! [/UOTE]

That should be fun. Our bunch is going in on Friday afternoon, (let's hope the A/C on our bus is fixed by then!!!!!!!) coming back Friday night... we've got to be at the football field first thing the next morning... that's gonna be a long day!!!!

Of course, they are begging me to chaperone again... we had a great time at Busch Gardens this week- they really are such a great bunch of kids! (But I was practically sleeping in my meeting the next morning... I think I'm getting old.)

I think we grabbed the same weekend when Fla. hotel rates were posted. Wondered why MK closed so early - then I saw - Night of Joy.....I had wanted to go to Tony's for dinner after meeting Duckey...oh well, next time....

PS - I love Ft. Wilderness!!!!!!
It's been a few years, must go back soon.....like in the Winter!!!!!

Yesterday was a pretty darn good day, if you ask me. Jordan got home from dance camp...this was for the school's Spirit Line. There were schools there from all over, Utah, California, Oregon.... It was a UDA thing. Her team got second place for the best "Home Routine" or something like that. SHe got to bring home the trophy. And she got 3 individual blue ribbons. But she was tired. Lots of blisters.

:cheer2: Yeah Jordan!!!
I talked to my parents...they're waiting for the doctor to call back. He hadn't returned their phone call on Friday, so if they don't hear anything by mid-day tomorrow, they'll call again. It's tough to have made a hard decision and then have to wait.

Prayers for your Dad - this must be unbelievable hard on him and your Mom....I cannot (do not want to) imagine.....

Hi guys...thanks for the well-wishes. No word yet on the surgery.

Been trying to stay busy and stay cool. At least our temps dropped to the low 90's yesterday and today is cloudy, and cooler. Maybe we'll finally get more than 2 drops of rain!

We found your heat - high 90's with the humidity over 100....still, I will take our heat over that dry heat any day!!!!!

:tinker:Good morning cruisers :tinker:

Happy Monday!

Just noticed we are very close to a milestone! :)

he knocked out our power and the camper fridge was out for about 3 hours

What a horrible camping experience!! To be without the camper fridge for three hours is just cruel. :rotfl:

Watch out. Lisa is at my office this morning so she will probably go for it....assuming she wakes up. Right now she is asleep under two chairs. :rotfl2:

Well, it is if you're camping with my mom and she's freaking out about it!! She is the "don't waste a bite of food" kinda person.....and will overeat just to prevent food wasting. So for her to think of an entire fridge full of food was overwhelming!

U TOP!!

pixiedust: pdfg and Sam's sister and the Galle family (I remembered the others.....and for Virgil's dad and Stacey's dad) :)

GOOD MORNIN

HI SUE

WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ??????????????????????????

I MISSED YOU >>

Did someboday say MILESTONE???? Haven't seen one of THOSE in a while... better hurry before Lisa wakes up! (Or LISA, for that matter.)

Looks like everyone left... do I have to do this all by myself???

Hey look... I'm only 20-something posts away from a milestone myself!!!

Nothing major planned for today - teach 2 lunchtime classes, grocery store and swimming...enjoying the last bits of freedom before all the activities start next week.
