Is that way down past the Teen beach..past Head's Up Bar? Sorry...still confused. Was it on the map? But I don't think I kept the map, anyway.
I guess. We just followed the signs. I know it was past the Head's Up Bar. I don't think there was anything else past it, except for Serenity Bay, maybe.

The Magic usually alternates 7 day itineraries between the Eastern and Western. The Eastern also appeals to us (me)- it would be new ports!

That appeals very nicely to me. I have until September to come up with the deposit. Time to embezzle...uh uh did I say that out loud? I mean start SAVING for the deposit. Yeah, yeah, that's what I meant. I mentioned it at the dinner table tonight and I didn't get any refusal from anyone. Maybe they didn't hear me? Nah...they all WANT to go, just the funds. You ever heard of that Italian disease....fundz-a-lo? Just a little humor folks.

So, I'll keep checking the DCL website for 2008 dates. Woo woo!!!

but actually gave Molly a "You're OK" sniff in the parking lot... I was really surprised!!!!

I don't EVEN wanna know what a "You're OK" sniff entales. That sounds WAY too personal for me.

If we have to push back the dates we can push back together , it'll be a Texas "do-over" cruise :rotfl2:

Oh no you don't! We're not going to let you cruise without the rest of us!!! If you have to wait a couple weeks, we'll wait with you! (only if that's OK with you, of course!!!!)

So, is it wrong that little part ( ok a BIG) part of me is happy that the people who took are place are getting kicked off the ship 2mmrw?

Tonight at dinner Bruce asked if we were doing WDW next summer. He said that DCL wasn't quite so expensive, he'd considered taking another cruise in '07. I asked if he liked cruising better than the parks. He said that he felt the cruise was more relaxing!!!

Oh, it's definitely more relaxing than the parks! Jim likes it for the same reason. It's too bad, though, that the regular western itinerary doesn't do anything for us. We've already done the Eastern, and I don't think we'd repeat it. (We liked it a lot, but don't have a burning desire to return to any of the ports again.) He did drool over the repo cruises for next year, and even looked at the QE2 for a brief moment (don't know what was up with that), but I think for next year, we may not be on the water... Oh well...

Ang,
He just got in! LOL The 2 that he is holding, he had actually pushed off the display to make room for himself. This was the last night of the cruise, and he tickled me when he did it. BUT we do have a pic of him like this in a display at one of the stores in WDW when he was like 1. SO too funny tht he recalled this pose!

I could use any ones help please. When my kids spent the summer with my parents 2 yrs ago, someone gave me a link to a website the formatted a POA for us that gave my parents authorization to make medical decisions for my kids while in their care. It was free. I have been googling and I cant find anything. Anyone have a link? My DD is going to CO 2mrrw and I would like to send one with her again, just in case.

Can you believe my IL's hardly spend any time with my kids and they only live about 15 mins away.

Hi everyone!

Just got back from seeing Cars. It's easily the equal of anything Pixar's done up to now, loved it. Good story, good cast and lots of fun caveats in there as usual. One piece of advice, don't leave until they stop running film. This movie isn't over until they stop the projector.

Now, I have been reading if not posting much as this week's all been about catching up. About 3 weeks ago or so was the start of garden season around here. So I came home to somewhat of an overdue bunch of work there, weeds weeds weeds.

And that brings me to what you've all been talking about. Which Mary and I talked about some over dinner and before the movie.

Would be happy to cruise again in '08, later in the spring the better as far as I'm concerned. I'm happy with what's being tossed around, June Eastern works for me, might just be late enough I can get all the gardening done before we go away.

Stacey - The Castaway Ray's is right on the border between the teen and crew beaches. It's behind the activites hut where they have the pool/pingpong/bastketball hoops and such.

Cars has been getting good reviews. Glad you enjoyed it; thanks for the heads up on sticking around to the very end!

Happy to hear you & Mary are interested in the do-over too!!! :yay:

We saw Cars today too. I told Kevin that I don't think it's as good, that maybe Pixar got "short timers disease" since this was the last movie they were contracted to do for Disney. There were some good bits, and we thought the credits had some of the best jokes! But I would imagine it's quite a different experience for you racing fans.

Now "Ratatoulle" (sp?) about the gourmet rat in Paris looked interesting!

Just stopping by, off to get the kid. She had a show tonight, and was going out for dessert with some of her dance team.

Which one is the Splendid Toad? I saw a few in there that I'm not familiar with.
This little guy! They are extremely good at hiding and are not commonly found! Our DM, Pedro pointed this one out to us!
