Maybe I should invest in Elements. I got a flyer from Costco yesterday that has a coupon for Elements for $40.

I've never scrapbooked before but sort of wish I had looked at the stuff onboard. Was it DCL specific or just Disney? I've seen Disney stuff at Michael's. Maybe I'll try to put something together for us.

Elements is really great. But as I said, I really prefer doing it the old fashioned (i.e. paper) way. When we moved, I got a great sb-ing place in the new house:

Room for (almost) all of my stuff. I have a whole file of Disney papers and embellishments. And that pink book you see is for all of our short Disney trips. It's an addicting hobby, that's for sure!

I've never seen any DCL-specific stuff, mostly generic Disney. Michael's does usually have a decent selection, but you can definitely find more at some of the online stores.

Have fun!!!!

I uploaded our other photos from the disposable cameras, if anyone is interested. I can't decide if I'm a horrible photographer, or if the lens was dirty.

You got some great shots. I love the one of Ashley underwater. That's so cool! The lens may have gotten dirty from the salt air and water. But they can probably be tweaked in Elements to be more clear. If you want, email me a few and I'll see what I can do with them.

Nice office/SB place!! I don't see little pieces of paper everywhere thou....... :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Kevin - I just got through looking at your pictures and let me tell you....YOU are a great photographer. Your family is very lucky to have you to preserve the memories of yesterday. All I could say is that I wish I could SEE the pictures like you do. Thanks for taking my breath away with those sunsets. They are beautiful. And the pictures with spoons on everyone's noses are cute as well. :rotfl2:

Don't know if it was because our table was in the corner of the room (and behind the server station in every restaurant), but the photographers didn't take pictures like that of our table on Pirate Night or with the other Parrot Cay border... I want one... (but with MY kids in it!!!)... we don't have a picture from Lumiere's either!!! Guess we need to go back...
:sad2: :sad2: I am in the same boat as you...sounds like a redo! :bounce: :bounce:

We had Ivan from Romania, maybe? and Bosari from Indonesia, I think. I was not impressed at all; nothing MAGICal.

I am so glad to here that some one else also felt that way! Loved the room server but my dinning servers were driving me crazy! Oh but don't worry that won't stand in my way. I am still planning a DO OVER :rotfl2:

:dance3: Oh I have been spoiled. We went to Disneyland today. While I was standing in lines all I could thing was the ship had no lines. I paid 50.00 for a lunch I could bearly chock down and just thought about how good the food on the ship was. During the flight home my DH looked at me and said “if we were still on the ship we would be asleep by now”. I can see I am going to become a Disney Cruise Junkie! :dance3:

 I wish we would have spent more time with you guys. It was the first time we were alone in 15 years and we got caught up in our “alone time”.
We are making more Dis board friends already. We booked a 2007 Sept 22nd cruise. Thinks to ya’ll showing me how to PM I have chatted with a few other people going on the 2007 trip. You guys are the BEST

Good Morning All....Glad to hear that Soothy is hooked. I'm glad we were able to intrude on your "alone time " a bit and enjoyed meeting and talking with you both...........

It is strange how you seem to see some people on the ship frequently.....Like we were always running into Lady Poo, but others, such as KikiKaren, we rarely saw....hum, were you hiding from us???

Soothy - Your cruise with the kids will be soo much fun.....is that the 2007 trip?

And the Morning TOP.

I had plans to do so many activities on-board, but didn't make most of them. I really want to do an Eastern so I have an extra day at Sea to enjoy the ship. After doing two 2-day westerns, I don't believe I will do anymore Westerns.

We rebooked on board for late 2007, but will most likely move that to 2008 once those dates come out. Who all is up for a cruise in 2008.

Still haven't got anything done and I really need to go to the grocery store.

After 3 cruises we still have not done everything on board we want to....

We also booked for 2007 and will switch to 2008...

And still have not been to the grocery store to shop.....

Hi, Monica. I've done some computer scrapbooking, and use Photoshop Elements. It's a great program, and you can do a lot with it. Digital scrapbooking is fun (although I enjoy the cut/paste thing better), but I'll warn you now... You'll have an extremely difficult time finding Disney kits. Much easier to find paper-type Disney scrapbooking supplies (check out Mouse Memories!).

Thanks for the link....we have a scrapbook store that stocks most of these....am I lucky or what....

Still looking for the Mickey Scuba sticker...if there is one?????

The double scoop roving photographer did manage to take a few table shots during early seating on formal night during Maggie and Scoopie's fashion show...

Kiki's facial expression is "interesting" in the formal night shot :lmao: There's a better one with Christopher in the stairway after pirate night...

Bear and Scoopie are quite photogenic and dapper in their formal attire...Not sure I would have approved of Bear and Nicole in their secluded dining spot behind the curtain. But, I understand Nicole was hiding from the fashion police since she didn't bring formal attire and really didn't want to eat at Topsiders by herself... :lmao:

During sailaway. I think John grabbed a shot of Angie's daughter dancing - her arm is slightly in front of her face - Angie is in the background so, I'm assuming it's her.

We'd be more than willing to book a "do-over" cruise, too!!! John's looking for any excuse to buy his new camera... With his new camera he'd be more than happy to make both seating rotations...

Anyone get a photo of Bear and Nicole in Pirate costume????

Calling any creative scrapbook people...Does anyone do it on the computer or do y'all do it by hand? If there is any computer scrapbookers - what do you use...

John's mom gave us a mickey scrapbook that has pockets to slide the pages into and I'm thinking it might be easier and neater just to do it on the computer(especially since Mark is so generous to compile pictures) and print off the pages on photo paper than fumbling with the whole cut and paste thing...

I'm sure I could figure something out in Microsoft Publisher.

I still use paper and scissors......(no rocks - hee - hee)

Sorta a combined photo album with inserts for navigators, tickets and other memories. I use a notebook binder and coloured pages for background.....Our 8x10's stand along of course.....I think I will need a bigger binder if I copy the wonderful photos you all have posted....

Just don't worry about printing the gopher dance. :confused3

Are you kidding - I am blowing it up to an 8x10...or maybe now I see Kevin's a side by side with the huggy pic of you and Matt....You look soo sweet...

You'll get your chance, I'll post the ones Sam took - as soon as I can figure out how to work the program.....
