Last night I watched almost 2 hours of d-video from our vacation. Today I'm going through major withdrawl. I realize how much we missed on this cruise that we planned on doing. I think we missed quite a bit due to main seating at dinner, too, even though we had GREAT tablemates. I only heard the horn once the entire cruise. We also didn't make it to any of the clubs in the evening. There are so many DISers that we only saw a couple of times, and some that I don't think we even met. I totally agree about a do-over (and next time with better wait-staff).

Nope, sorry. No pirate pics. I do have this one of our DOUBLE SCOOP Rainbow. I think this was the morning we got to Cozumel...??...

Don't know if it was because our table was in the corner of the room (and behind the server station in every restaurant), but the photographers didn't take pictures like that of our table on Pirate Night or with the other Parrot Cay border... I want one... (but with MY kids in it!!!)... we don't have a picture from Lumiere's either!!! Guess we need to go back...

The double scoop roving photographer did manage to take a few table shots during early seating on formal night during Maggie and Scoopie's fashion show...

Kiki's facial expression is "interesting" in the formal night shot :lmao: There's a better one with Christopher in the stairway after pirate night...

Bear and Scoopie are quite photogenic and dapper in their formal attire...Not sure I would have approved of Bear and Nicole in their secluded dining spot behind the curtain. But, I understand Nicole was hiding from the fashion police since she didn't bring formal attire and really didn't want to eat at Topsiders by herself... :lmao:

During sailaway. I think John grabbed a shot of Angie's daughter dancing - her arm is slightly in front of her face - Angie is in the background so, I'm assuming it's her.

We'd be more than willing to book a "do-over" cruise, too!!! John's looking for any excuse to buy his new camera... With his new camera he'd be more than happy to make both seating rotations...

this darned server - too busy...you'd think we were back from the cruise or something...

wonder if the DIS'ers experienced it last week when we were gone :lmao:

Calling any creative scrapbook people...Does anyone do it on the computer or do y'all do it by hand? If there is any computer scrapbookers - what do you use...

John's mom gave us a mickey scrapbook that has pockets to slide the pages into and I'm thinking it might be easier and neater just to do it on the computer(especially since Mark is so generous to compile pictures) and print off the pages on photo paper than fumbling with the whole cut and paste thing...

I'm sure I could figure something out in Microsoft Publisher.

I think that's a splendid idea, Monica!! John really did get some wonderful shots :thumbsup2

I think he really needs a "do-over" to meet more of the early seaters - so, then he'd be able to recognize them easier to photograph more... :lmao: I'm looking for any excuse to justify another cruise...I'm ready for another vacation - I really don't like working this week...

Hi, all! We got home yesterday afternoon, and this is the first chance I've had to get on the board and TRY to get caught up.

The cruise was fantastic. (Not that we doubted it would be.) We all had a great time and were sorry to see it end. I'm sorry we didn't get to meet and spend time with all the DIS-ers... just didn't work out that way. We did spend a lot of time with Angie, Bruce, Emily & Ashley (Erin and their girls quickly became fast friends), and also with Jeri, Henrik and Helena. It was great...

We spend 3 days in Orlando after the cruise, but didn't spend as much time in the parks as we'd wanted to. It was just too hot and WAY too crowded. But Erin did get her ride(s) on Splash Mountain (the first time, we got stuck on it for 30 minutes, so they gave us Fast Pass tix when we got off). What a daredevil!

I still have about 100 pictures to edit through, and then I'll get them posted up on SmugMug. I'll post the link once they get up there, hopefully in the next few days.

Well, laundry calls.
:laundy: Yep, I guess we're home.

John, those are some great pictures.

I've uploaded & shared mine as well. We don't have many since we mainly took video. I'm also embarrassed that I don't have pictures of anyone else other than Larry & Sandi's anniversary celebration.

Here's the link.

I'm going to pick up the prints & CD from the underwater disposable film camera tomorrow. I'll try to upload those tomorrow night.

Ang

Ang, great pics! Can't wait to see the ones from the underwater camera. I'm still editing my pics, and from what I've seen so far, I think I have as many of your kids as I do of my own! LOL!

Hi, Monica. I've done some computer scrapbooking, and use Photoshop Elements. It's a great program, and you can do a lot with it. Digital scrapbooking is fun (although I enjoy the cut/paste thing better), but I'll warn you now... You'll have an extremely difficult time finding Disney kits. Much easier to find paper-type Disney scrapbooking supplies (check out Mouse Memories!).

Hi all -- well, we are home, hav been here for a couple of hours. All I have done so far is catch up on the DIS. We had such a good time and have some really great memories.

Feel really bad that we didn't get to meet more people. Didn't meet all the DIS'rs probably because we were on early dinner. Don't think I will do early again. 5:30 was just too early.

Some highlights: Kevin, Diana, and Alicia -- we really had a great time meeting up with you all at AK and at Beach Club. We will call you whenever we get up to Albuquerque.

Mark and Mary -- great sharing a "lock-off" with you at BWV. We had a great time at Dinner and at MK

The OhioMouse Family -- wow, what can I say. We had so much fun with you guys after the cruise at WDW. Ashley is still talking about it. Swimming was great yesterday afternoon, just sorry it had to end.

Gotta run for now, will check in after a while

Welcome home Pam! We had a great time sharing a lock-off with you guys as well. Hope we didn't wake the kids up on Monday morning with getting up at 4:30 :) We really enjoyed dinner and our quick trip to the Magic Kingdom with you guys. Wish we could have stayed longer and played with you all but oh well.

I'm not sure who suggested it - Karen maybe - but someone suggested next time we do two DIS meets. One on sailaway day and another later in the week so that we can all catch up with each other. I think that is a great idea!

:wave2: Hi Pam!

Sorry you had to come home. We could just live there in WDW, right? We enjoyed our day with you guys, too, and I will need a copy of the picture you got on your phone at Epcot. For blackmail purposes, you know?

 oh yeah - I know it too...and I think there's a "sale" on his camera - he announced something to that effect on Monday. I still think he could have innocently swapped cameras while the photographer put his camera down while posing the couples during formal night.

What dates and times? :lmao: I want another countdown clock:

Our "do-over" cruise could be a "mulligan" cruise - golf-ball and tee logo... :lmao:

slogans...

"practice makes perfect"

"When at first you don't succeed try-try again..."

:lmao:
