Okay, we've done the 4 day twice and have the dining rotation/best night for Palo thing down. Now that we are going on a 7 day I'm confused about the "speciality" nights. I understand that there are formal nights and some other special event nights but don't get how they work. Is the formal night the same for everyone regardless of which restaurant they are scheduled for that night? Is there more than one? We definitely want a least one night at Palo (love that rack of lamb!) and like the idea of going formal. Just seems that a tux would be out of place at Parrot Cay.

I'm sure this had been discussed before but I can never get the search option to work without timing out.

By the way, we are doing the Eastern if that makes a difference.

Hi,

We did the western in June. You have a formal and a semi formal night. It was Monday and Thursday for us. The restaurant doesn't matter. The nights are what decides the dress. You will have one tropical night where you can werar shorts ot tropical wear. We did Palo's on the Cozmel night because the kids were on a teen cruise. We missed the tropical dinner but went to the deck party.

Have a wonderful time. It was the best vacation we ever had. The souffle and tiramisu in Palo's were fabulous.

We leave for the Eastern cruise 50 days from today!!
