30 Day Fast Pass Quick Question

We will be at the parks May 13-19 with the first park day May 14. We have 4 day passes with the water park option. On Tuesday May 14 can I make fast pass reservations for all 4 days of our tickets or do I have to make them day by day?

Also, how far apart are Expedition Everest and the Safari ride at AK. I am trying to decide on Fast Passes. We have a 1:30 lunch reservation at Rainforest Café and I want to be sure we are on that side of the park near the reservation time.

EE and Safari are a good distance apart. Neither one of them is particularly near to Rainforest Cafe, which is by the front entrance.
