There's no excuse for this kind of behavior.

And a lesson, If you are going to indulge in this behavior keep in mind that someone will be recording and posting it so everyone else can see it.

Oh my gosh, I couldn't help but laugh. These women... how embarrassing for them... the shame.

Unfortunately even though I find this funny it wasn't. Thats no way to act 1. around children 3. in a crowded area 2. EVER!

Somehow, I don't even thing these women were ashamed of themselves.

I bet they'll show the video to friends and brag about it - definitely the one in the hat will.

A comment added to a youtube version of the video says that where the lines merge, older lady with 1 little girl inadvertently cut between the 2 little girls and their mothers who were merging from the other line. Presumably the 2 moms tried to get past to join their daughters, words were exchanged, and much hilarity ensued ...

None of the behavior is excusable, but the line merge thing just sets people up for anger especially after a long SB wait. I think the poor little guy is used to it, he didn't seem fazed at all.

Unbelievable! I would be pretty upset if they were allowed to stay in the park and then my family was impacted in any way because of them, especially if they hurt anyone else. Can't believe Disney would just say their behavior was ok.

Can't believe Disney would just say their behavior was ok.

Other than what the CM did (great job removing the problem and defusing the situation), Disney is in a tough spot. I doubt they had the video to watch as they were sorting out the story. (Not sure how much it would have helped anyway) I'm sure both sides were claiming innocence and accusing the other party of starting it. I can hear it. "I was just minding my own business when 'they' started harassing me. Then I was attacked, so of course, I defended myself."

Do you throw someone out for defending themselves after an unprovoked attack? Which group is the "innocent" one? How pissed would you be if you were ejected for simply defending yourself?

Sounds like Disney did the best thing. Remove the immediate threat. Let them cool off. Give them a warning and send them on their way.
