I LOVED the pics My only trip as a kiddo was in 1984 I think with my mom. We stayed at ASSp (I think) it was a 4 day trip. Although no pictures But I definitely remember 20,000 leagues. I really liked it!

As for DH and my RCs...he doesn't even ask anymore. But I've worked/slept all weekend, and I'm back to work in 1 hour soooo...I've stayed out of trouble for now

Just checking on your ticker......looks like things are the same. I find your statement above the ticker quite humorous. Perhaps you should just get a generic one

Yes, we are very excited!!! Unfortunately, Willow's behavior the last couple of days has been so bad that tonight she lost all of her countdown presents and her calendar until she gets it together. Not good! I'm thinking/hoping that it is just fall-out from me having to go out of town late last week. I don't want her to miss out on all the princess dresses she is supposed to get as part of the countdown!

I have a friend who just got home from WDW last night. It poured their whole stay. They even ended upcoming back a day early. I am watching the weather predictions like a hawk. Our weather was beyond perfect last year, so we were totally spoiled. Yikes!!!

I hope you had a good trip home!

Not surprised at all about your friends trip....we were in New Smyrna which is about 1 hour and 15 minutes away and it rained terribly!!! We kept saying thank goodness we didn't pay 1000s of dollars for WDW to get rained on...I really feel bad for your friend. I'll be surprised if the weather gets that bad again so soon...you should be fine. We're spoiled, too. In all of our visits to Disney, we've never experienced rain for any long period of time...just sporadically.

My husband, who is 6'3", weighing in at 255 lbs., was chosen to be the "pink fairy" at the end of the show the last time we went to the HDDR ! Talk about a photo opportunity ! We do the HDDR every time we go, it's corny but fun !

That's funny!!! And even funnier to me because I know exactly what you're talking about I bet you were cracking up!!! And you're right...it is slap-stick humor, but sooooo hilarious.

Willow is definitely a drama queen. But she has totally reverted to 2- and 3-year-old behavior. It is obviously related to me being gone (I think). She's got a week to snap out of it..... (I wish ignoring would work - it never has, not even with the 18-month-old tantrums. It always just makes it sooooo much worse.). The vast majority of the time, she is an amazingly great kid, so I guess she has to balance that with periods of utter nightmare!

I did feel really bad for my friend. Luckily, they are Disney vets, so it is not like it was their first and only trip. Actually, she is the person who taught me the joys of Disney World!

Packing! I will not have time until the day we leave for Seattle. I'm hoping to get a list done this week. Next Wednesday, we fly to Seattle in the afternoon and spend the night before heading to Orlando. I am hoping to repeat last year - drop Willow at preschool, go home and pack in utter peace and quiet, take giant canine beast to doggy hotel (half hour away), pick up Willow, and head out. Yikes!!!

Finally!!! I get a few minutes to look at the DisBoards...this week has been super busy, and next week will probably prove to be even busier. Where does time go???

MaHopie???? I can envision the look on Ivy's face...total confusion, I'm sure!!! Bill said we looked like little boys....he had to look twice And yes, that was the same trip. Remember, we spent the night with Aunt Lynn in Daytona, then got up and drove to WDW. We stayed at the CR, and Aunt Lynn and Ryan stayed with us one night? It had to be the same trip, Stephanie...we have the same dreaded haircut in all of the pictures Certainly we didn't look like that for long spans of time Remind me to NEVER cut Faith's hair into a mullet!....or the sought after "bowl" You don't remember me eating prime rib 4 nights in a row?? Or riding Thunder Mountain 10 times in a row??!!

Hey there! Hope all is well with Willow!! Did you ever find out exactly what it is? It can be scary, I know. Luckily she's got a great mom We're praying that she is okay. Don't y'all leave tomorrow or Thursday? Looks like it will be great weather for you. Hopefully by the time you return from your trip, I'll actually have my TR finished We have been so incredibly busy that I can hardly get on my computer!

Thanks again for all of the kind comments and thoughts for my DD. We escaped appendicitis, and we are at WDW right now!!!!! I wasn't sure up until the day we left whether we would be able to go, but it all worked out and must have just been a really weird virus. Phew!!!

Busy is the understatement!!! I told Bill that I'm doing nothing today! We didn't get home yesterday until midnight. After school I had my hair chopped off...4 inches (not sure what I was thinking) Then we had a dinner party to attend. So today is Dis time for me!! Bill is in the woods this morning sitting in a tree stand and Stephen spent the night off, so the house is semi-quiet. Hope your week has been uneventful and non-stressing...is that really possible with 3 kids, right?!!

What in the world???!!! Holy cow!!! Ok....look at it this way...you'll be able to get on all the rides first! No standing in long lines. Seriously....this could be a positive element to your trip. Are you going to rent one of those motorized wheelchairs? Ya know, Pas...maybe somethings telling you to slow down a bit. Go to Disney and relax...slower pace...do things you've never done before. At a slower pace, it may be an entirely different experience. You'll have a fabulous time no matter if your foot is broken or not. Just getting away from life will be therapy. Can I meet y'all there?!! I need a break!!

WL, Swan, Dolphin, ToT, etc....just awesome. Snap a picture and post for me so I can be jealous! After enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony, you can walk over to the lounge and enjoy breakfast while looking at the castle! What more could you wish for??!!

DH told me last night to get a scooter He said he finally doesn't have to push a stroller and he doesn't want to push me.... That comment started a fight...so I guess I will consider the scooter. Still wishing CR would open up the first night....just in case/changed to YC to be closer to Epcot, then we can hop the monorail to CR

Ya know....a scooter would be soooooo easy and very comfortable. And your DH would't have to push...y'all could both relax....just sayin' Think about pushing that wheelchair up the ramp to get to the monorail after a day in the park Your poor husband

So...no PORQ...y'all will do one night at YC? Then go the next day to CR? Sounds good to me! Would love to try BC/YC! ....actually just want to try SAB for the kids. Maybe in June before the cruise Who knows!?
