3/22 Magic cruisers

I'm a 16 year old guy trying to find out who's going to be on the cruise leaving on 3/22....if anyone close to my age reads this, write back....my name is Steve from Northbrook, IL

Steve,
My son will be there and he is 15. I don't know if he will have a chance to e-mail you as he is working on his computer now trying to get it working! He is always messing with it.
DonnaDavid,
Thank goodness our conection is in Dallas! I would DIE if it was Denver. My DH just spent 2 weeks working in Colorado in early March, he was lucky it hit after he left:p
Tomorrow is all packing, it will take me all morning to just decide what to do first. desision making is not one of my strong points! Just figuring out what to pack in a checked bag and what to put in a carry-on gives me a headache. My DH travels so much he never unpacks his shaving kit it just sits on the bathroom counter. He can pack his bag in minutes:D
Well must go fix the family something to eat, to thoses of you leaving tomorrow have fun and we will see you there. We will be the family with 1 girl(18) and 2 boys (15&20) both boys in hats, I'm sure we will stand out:p HAHA I bet we are the only ones with a name like Sigafoos though(quite the original screen name)
So if you here it announced it will be us!
Kim

Steve,
My son Steve (15) will be on the cruise. I'm sure you'll meet at Common Grounds. See you soon!

Thursday is here, and we all happy to be leaving tomorrow... and are we packed?? No, but we will be! So there is to be a poster's meeting at 11:00 a.m.... on the Prom deck? Can I come without a green ribbon??? Ha ha... This post has entertained and informed me for many weeks now... thank you all! See you soon!

Steve,
I am bringing three beautiful teenage girls on this cruise. We went 2 years ago, and they all met friends who they continue to correspond with. The Common Grounds apparently is a great deal of fun, and the teen counselors were a great group last time.
I predict a fantastic time will be had by all!!!

Time is really short now!! Like the rest of you I will be finishing packing tonigt. I think I am about 3/4 done, so it should'nt be to bad. We will leave tomorrow afternoon to go to Baltimore to spend the night, it is about 2 1/2 hours away from where we live. We will spend the night there so we will be close to the airport. Our flight is at 7:55 Saturday morning, arriving in Orlando at 12:15. If you hear Brenda and Danny Morris announced, it is us and yell or something. I am working today, or I guess you can say I am here in body and that is about all. I did payroll yesterday so I would'nt have to concentrate to hard today. Last night I was playing volleyball, and one of the players sprained her ankle. I'm glad that was'nt me. I am supposed to play tonight but I'm not going. No need pushing my luck. Would'nt that be awful to sprain your ankle 2 days before you sail? Like everyone else I am so excited, even have butterflies every once in a while!! Looking forward to meeting all of you on Sunday. Thank you to all for all the great information about the trip. See you soon.

Brenda

We will be leaving EARLY Sat. morning since we only have a 5 hour drive to Port Canaveral. We are very excited!!!! My DH works at a bank and was talking to a girl who works at another bank. He mentioned that he would be gone on a cruise next week and she asked which one. As it turns out, she and her family will be on the cruise with us! How weird is that?

Kim, I didn't realize that is your last name! Funny! I have a really original sign-on name. I remember several years ago when I found this site, I was frustrated because all of the names that I tried were taken, so finally I just put in my name and my husband's. If I had known that I would be sticking around so long, I would have tried harder, but oh well.

I am almost packed, but I really need to get finished because I may not make it home tonight. I've got someone to cover for me beginning at 5 am tomorrow, so I know I can make it to the airport.

I hope everyone leaving today has a great flight. See you Sunday at 11 in the Promenade Lounge.

Only now I'm having second thoughts about what I'm bringing. Is it enough? Is it too much? Last night I dreamt I didn't bring any shoes! :p

You'll be able to recognize our family very easily - we'll be the ones with the 2 boys wearing shorts and wool socks.

Have a safe trip everyone. Sunshine here we come!

Steve,
My son is coming on board and he is 16. I know you all will have a great time. His name is Tony.
Hope everyone is as excited or more than I am. This trip is a long time coming for us. We planned it back in May of 2002.
I'm trying hard to believe that its really here. YIPPEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!:sunny:

We leave at noon tomorrow. Listen for Jane Duesterberg and Paul Miller (yeah, Miller was WAY too boring after a lifetime of Duesterberg, so I didn't change it)

It's 4:40 am Portland time, and I got called in to work at 12:45 am. So everyone will be able to recognize me because I'll be the one who looks like she hasn't slept. Plus, if I can find those lime green ribbons with the daisies on it . . . I should be pretty obvious.

I'm going to call home and wake my DH - wish me luck getting 3 sleepy kids to the airport on time.

I may be tired but I am going on a cruise! :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Have a great trip everyone! See you Sunday. :smooth: :sunny:

Our cruise may be over, but we can bump those Fall cruisers one last time. We had so much fun that I may join them next October.
Okay, everyone, who's tired? I hope everyone had a great cruise.
I'm waking at 3 am Oregon time, so I did a trip report on the Trip Reports board. I forgot to mention that I enjoyed meeting Marion, Debbie, and Kim and families on board.

How was it?:)

OK I will try this again. I am having alot of trouble with this site today. The only down part of this trip was that I missed meeting all of you!! My husband and I went to the Prom. Lounge about 10:50 AM but did'nt see anyone there, so we walked around Deck 4, because I thought this was called the Prom. Deck, looking for all of you. I guess I was all confused. The trip was even better than I expected. It was truly the most magical time I have spent in a long time. It has to be the best vacation I have ever had, and I am 53. Everything was perfect, and the weather just could'nt have been ordered any better. I loved everything and especially Palo's and Castaway Cay. We did Palo's for dinner one night and also the Champagne Brunch. We are talking about planning another trip for March 2005. I hope we can go, I just love cruising aboard the Magic. I am going to do a trip report as soon as I get time. Hope all of you had a magical time also. God Bless!!
