2025 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival Information & Planning Thread

I think I need to add the Gyoza to my prelist, then wait until I hear reviews on them to make a final decision. They look amazing, but are they worth the stomach space when you only have one day?

I go October 3rd so I will have time to hear about it after they open.

There’s an app??!
Yes! It's unofficial (i.e. not run by Disney) but the creator is very good about getting the menus loaded quickly after they're announced. You can see photos of dishes, create your wishlist, see how much it would cost, and even rate items. It's called Food & Wine but is updated for every festival (arts, flower & garden, holiday).

I am excited! My husband just asked if we can go back in October, too, so he can get the 2 that will not be open in early Sept, ha!

My list, thus far:

Remy Milk Shake
Potato/Pea Samosas
Mango Lassi
Impossible Spicy Sausage
Zwiebelkuchen
Basque Cheesecake
Huckelberry Funnel Cake
Brioche aux Epices Avec Une Garniture Mornay de Trois Fromages
Cast Iron-seared River Trout
Everything from the Milled and Mulled Menu
Everything from the Forest and Field menu

That's awesome!!

This is our first food and wine and we have 3 days to overindulge!!

The Hawaii booth scared me for a moment, as they renamed the Aulani Sunrise to O'ahu Sunrise - I worried they changed the drink, but at least it still looks the same. Just went up .50 it looks like. Wonder why the name change? And alas the Coastal Eats I will have to try on our second trip in October since it won't be open for our September trip.

Does anyone know if / or how we can get a copy of the F&W booth menu passport ahead of our trip? Is that something available online somehow or in the parks only? I

Question about the Eat to the Beat dining package - how do they issue the reserved seating for the concert?

2 other people in my party plan on doing a breakfast Eat to the Beat dining package which I will not be joining them for. One of them doesn’t want to go to the concert and we would like to be able to have me use their concert pass from the dining package. Is this possible? It is complicated and would just be easier for me to participate in the dining package? Thank you in advance!

I'll also be posting the spreadsheet I put together. I organize mine by booth but color code beverages, savory items, dessert items - which helps me head to booths that have what I'm craving specifically and plan chained booth stops.

You are given the passes at the restaurant where you dine. They usually give them to you at the conclusion of the meal, when you receive your bill. So the person who is not going to attend the concert, can give their pass to you.

I would buy one on ebay prior to my trip so I could mark the items that I was interested in trying out. You can find one fairly cheap, like $3 to $5.

Thank you so much for the information!
