Any others released yet?
Any others released yet?
Checking my others now. My biggest concern was Aulani so I went straight there to verify 1st.Any others released yet?
Same - And they changed the link chain probably to make it harder on us.I only see Aulani so far.
Nice lowish increase for AUL 3.7%I only see Aulani so far.
Based on rising insurance rates, yes.Is that an increase of about 3.6% is that a normal amount. Weren’t people expecting a crazy rise for aulani
Some of us had a suspicion of it being a high increase. But it's lower than last year.Is that an increase of about 3.6% is that a normal amount. Weren’t people expecting a crazy rise for aulani
Was me too! I basically dropped what I was doing and sat in the car to verify the Aulani dues! The suspense is killing me lol
Now we wait for VGC…..Was me too! I basically dropped what I was doing and sat in the car to verify the Aulani dues!
Interesting. They have declared 10 more vacation homes since last year. That’s way down from the year before.
I do think that is the plan, & was probably the plan all along.Great. I think you’re right about CFW!
Maybe if Reflections is added and has some very high point categories like Bungalows, CCV Cabins or Penthouses it could eventually help settle the dues down. DVC probably knows something about the future that turns CFW more attractive. The demand to buy would improve If dues don’t increase at the rate of others and amenities get built up.
Yep, I keep searching for under 100 points and then deciding that 60 is still too many. lolMy add-on contracts are getting smaller and smaller as I go.
Eventually I'll be trying to add on 5 points, haha.
2024 is this year. 2025?I’m out and about and can’t go digging to look. But I saw this on FB, so did dues get released??

I think this person meant the release of 2024 budget for 2025 maybe. But yes this is what dues will be for Aulani in 20252024 is this year. 2025?
$2.4m in breakage income and late fees….Interesting. They have declared 10 more vacation homes since last year. That’s way down from the year before.
