Having Disney rebate me vs claiming on my taxes is worth a lot imo.

I know what net means. Disney pays $20pp not every point rented gets $20 pp even before you factor in taxes. I see many renting for $15-$20pp. So renting on your own isn’t always going to you net you more money or even the same. Top it off with if you pay an accountant to do your taxes you added more to your bill.

Edit to also add my statement of "worth it imo" also relates to the less reasons for the IRS to audit me over the better.

Agreed with all of that. But the taxable rental amount is reduced by dues, which narrows the gap a little.
