The same thing happened to me. I made a new reservation since ours was a BB that couldn't be modified online. When I cancelled the old one an error came up to try again later, but it's not showing in MDE anymore. I'm going to keep watching my cc statement for a refund to make sure it was cancelled.Thanks for the info. I had tried to cancel a reservation online and it seemed to go through but at the last minute an error popped up at the top of the page. When I went to look at my reservations the one I tried to cancel was gone, but I never got any kind of confirmation email. I called the IT support number, was on hold for less than 30 seconds and had them verify the reservation was no longer in the system. The tech said with all the website traffic these last 2 days they are seeing a lot of bogus error messages popping up which are causing a lot of confusion for the users. Isn't that an understatement!
A CM on the phone yesterday said that shortening your stay, will in fact require you to cancel and rebook. I know they don't know everything all the time, but just sharing what she told my husband.I tried to shorten my reservation this morning with the modify button and it didn't show any availability with the new dates. So I think you are correct. However, I might still try to call and ask but I was told a few pages back that they changed that policy.

I was thinking the exact same thing. Like if you cancel list your dates and cancelled resort so we could match them up. But I don't know if it works that easily. I run a group for an online game with rewards and we do that. If someone returns a reward it shows up within a minute so someone else can be ready to grab it.Ok good to know. If it was me, I'd keep Sports. First up for the bus can make a big difference. I have never stayed at Sports but did stay at Music in February. Music is second stop for any shared AS bus. Granted I was there during busy President's Day Long Weekend, but the busing wasn't efficient . . . I had longer wait times than at POP . . . and I could see what looked like full AS Sports buses (one after the other) keep on trucking down the highway rather than pull in to pick up at Music. Return buses back from the parks were often much longer waits than in the a.m. Now, this can be true of most return busing. However, it seemed to be worse IMHO. I did really like the decor at Music. Jazz Bldg was gorgeous esp at night. It had a real taste of POFQ about it with the small courtyard and fountain. However, Music's footprint is long and narrow compared to other Values so seemed like a longer hike from the bus and food court back to Rock, Broadway and definitely Country Fair. I didn't try the food court but it looked newly reno'd and clean. I didn't swim in the pool but Music's Calypso pool looked inviting. Good luck with your choice!Ooh I was looking on the website again and if I move my dates up by just one day I could get all star music and knock off that extra day. That would put us coming home on Friday before the Columbus day weekend but the kids would miss an extra day of school.

Still staring at Woody.....I had no problem yesterday modifying online but now I'm stuck on the payment page. It's giving me an error even though I already have the $200 down. It says it will only hold it for 10 minutes. Also on the phone and there's a 2 hour wait!!It's not letting me confirm

A standard package comes with two admissions to Disney quest. A water parks & more ticket comes with entries for everyone in your party as one of the options with the water parks as well as wide world of sports.

so on the dis website I was quoted 4720.. but my TA quoted me 4930ish, I can't seem to figure out why. my original quote directly from the disney website was including insurance, flights, AKL, free dining & 3 day PH.
I believe she said we shouldn't get 3 day PH because we have to use them consecutively.. which means we'd have to go all 3 days in a row, rather than our plan to take a couple days off before hand. so she has us getting a 7 day PH which we have no use for the first 2 days anyway.
any input? is it true they must be consecutive? i've never heard of this before.. we're canadian so what she's quoting us in USD we be well over 6200 in CAD.. with an original budget of 5500 max.

All packages come with two single admission vouchers. If you have 4 people in your room, only two can get in free. The other people have to purchase a ticket. If you are utilizing the PH, just add the WP&M option to all of your tickets. It's only $27 more to have both options applied, and you'll have lots of options to use on non park days.Does a park hopper package come with admission for everyone in your party as well, or is that just for the water parks option?
We have never been to Disney Quest, but this year we are doing a two week trip, so I'm sure we will have time to fit it in!!
