We weren't going to go this year, but decided last minute this morning that because tickets were still available that we would go. We bought tickets for October 28th and our airline flights all within 10 minutes lol

It's just such a difference, I used to spend all day trying to get tickets the day they went on sale to the general public...now I'm purchasing 4 weeks later within minutes? Insane.

We're super excited for October, though! It will have been a year since we went to the parks, which is the longest stretch in a long time!

We've gone twice on actual Halloween and a lot is either sold out or very limited sizes available. It's the trade off of going on Halloween.

Stuff sometimes is restocked. Hoodies probably have the best chance for that. I managed to hit a spirit jersey restock 2 years ago.

Hoodies were extremely popular 2 years ago, and sold out in early September. The spirit jerseys were restocked, but it was like a variant of the original that year... The variants sold out the week before Halloween. Last year hoodies and spirit jerseys were still around in late September.

My bet is that when the Halloween decorations go up, it’ll stimulate interest in OBB. I’m keeping my bet on a total sell out, especially as two of the three events priced at $139 are still available (that was the lowest price).

There are pictures on social media of a clearly Roger Rabbit themed background in the area where the Sandersons character meeting was the last two years. It does have Doom related elements, so I am wondering if they kicked Doom out of his usual trail. The preview map thing had him in his old spot.

The area would be a weird choice for a trail though, unless I am overlooking something there's a lot of potential bottlenecks. Plus it is kind of close to Club Hades. Kind of wondering if this is going to be a character meet. Doom is in his old spot on this preview map thing we had, and it seems odd to eliminate the Sandersons without a replacement.

I don't think it will be any problem for housing Judge Doom. If that area can handle the Sanderson Sister's insane line, it should work fine for a 2 year old character trail. Last year, Doom's line went really fast, probably because he stopped live-murdering shoes.

It's been a while since I was in that line and I remember not very wide "snakey" paths which wouldn't have been wide enough for the cauldrons even. If they change the set up maybe it works, but that still leaves the issue of noise bleeding from Club Hades.

I was thinking maybe I want it to be a meet that bad, but there's a couple of people now who said that backdrop more looks like a character meet than a treat trail location. Maybe it is not wishful thinking after all.
