My mom and I are going on our first ever girls only trip May 14-18 and we are staying at the Beach Club. Can't wait to be back there, it's definitely the best place to stay!

I am taking my dad for his birthday 10/19 - 10/23. We are staying at YC and excited for F&W and MNSSHP for sure. This is my way of thanking him for all the WDW trips he took me on when I was younger. It's nice to be able to pay it back!

He's already VERY excited. The other day we went to lunch and he was wearing his Mickey Mouse Hawaiian shirt. Today he called me while he was watching the Disney Vacation Planning DVD I sent him.

15 days until our first trip to BC! We booked a garden view for April 30-May 8. Who/when do I contact about requesting a full balcony?

As others have answered, you (or your travel agent) can call the central reservations office to add a request of a full balcony to your reservation and if you are going to do the online checkin you can indicate it there as well.

What is a Bounce Back Offer?

Bounce Back is a promotion offered at selected times throughout the year offering a discount on a future trip if you book WHILE YOU ARE STILL AT THE RESORT. It used to be left on a card in your room, but now is part of the Be Our Guest guide that you should receive at checkin. You can also dial #8844 from any resort phone to see if a bounceback promotion is being offered and what the eligibility requirements are.

Please note- there may be a couple of different bounceback offers for the same dates of stay- percent off room rates or free dining. Call and ask!

You MUST book it before you check-out. Once you get home, you can change the dates or cancel it. However, once you check-out, even if you give them your reservation number and say you were just there, they won't allow you to book it.

Here is a picture of the 2014 bounce back offer in the Be Our Guest booklet in our packet when we were at the WL last week. You have to look for it in the folder with all the other information.

I think the one that is in the rooms is for booking code "JOY" and there are dates available in October and December but not whole month on each. It's 35% off deluxe. That was in the rooms a few weeks ago. As in the past, you must book it BEFORE you check out.

Yep, the one Dee posted above is the one I think is still in the rooms.

My set days are Sunday and Monday. However, as you all know, I travel a lot between cruises and going to see Jeanne and Lily. As of right now, I have no plans to take off any Sundays and Mondays in June. July and August are a whole different story!!!

My grandson will be 9 the end of the month. He was diagnosed with ADEM. It is something you can get after a viral infection. Never heard of it before, but it was so scary until the doctors finally figured out what was wrong. He had MRIs, spinal tap. We are hoping he will be home for Easter.
