2013 Solo traveling Princesses

I'd love to meet up with some fellow Princesses for some park time too. I get in late Wednesday night. So Thursday through Monday are good. I will probably have to be back to the hotel around 3:00 on Monday to catch the DME to go home Friday morning I'll be at the expo. I'm planning on getting there early so I can get to the parks. I need to just remeber to not buy EVERYTHING I see!

Hey there! I will be leaving n Friday after I drop my dog off at the vet's for boarding. Should be at the expo by 11:0am.

So... I didn't have an official time from a race, but do now. I guess I'll see what my placement is then change it if it's last? What does everyone suggest? Is the last corral sad? I'm new to this stuff.

Definitely bring proof of time. At the expo where you pick up your bib there will be a runner relations booth. Just show it to them and they will adjust your corral with a sticker on your bib. The biggest advantage to being in an earlier corral is that you have more of a time cushion to stop for pictures. Last year I started in B and stopped for all but 2 picture stops and I finished in 3:52. Forget what my average pace was, but my goal was to have fun and get LOTs of pictures! Mission accomplised. I plan to do the same thing this year. I do the Disney races to have a good time, and local races to get a good time. THere is so much to see and experience, just take it all in!

Thanks for putting that together! Now, if only the waivers and bib numbers would be released!!!

Please add me to the list of solo travelers I'll be at CSR. If anyone wants to hang out, let me know.

I'll be arriving around 5pm on Friday. Planning to hit the expo then head over to MK for Wishes and whatever else I can get in. Will probably just kinda wander the World on Saturday until heading back to the room around 6pm. Doing the race retreat, so will be up around 3am to get dressed and head to the start Then back to the resort for a quick shower before heading to DHS to meet some friends. Wide open Monday (probably more wanderings) until DME around 4pm.

Now c'mon waivers!!!

Want to nut can't. Have an 8:05 ADR at the castle so it's out of the way to go to the DTD meeting. Any idea of what you were thinking time wise for Friday? If we are still thinking abut that?

That's what we were talking about I think. I have two ADRs on Friday. One about 1:30 at LTT and the other at 6:00 over at 1900 Park Pare. So anytime between 2:30 to 5:00 would work for me I guess.

I doubt you'll be in the last corral....my bib number is 20390!

Someone on the Princess thread was guesstimating that there would be 2750 per corral. Dividing your bib number by 2750 means that you could be in the 6th [out of 8th?] corral. That's pretty good!

Ya think? Oh well, I look at it this way, it's my first 1/2, so I will just enjoy the experience,. I will just try and stay ahead of the balloon ladies!

Thanks for letting me know - will bring my time to the expo. Having ITB issues, what a nightmare. Sounds like I need to get up in the corrals so I can finish! How did folks already get their corrals? Can't wait to meet up with some single runners!
