This was on Dee's list! I don't have photos because there wasn't much to photograph! According to the CM working there, the breakfast hours are 6am-12 noon. The bakery case was small and contained five different items: two kinds of muffins, bagels, croissants and cinnamon rolls. They also had coffee, cream cheese, jams and cereals. I may be missing a few items, but it was small. Good to just grab something, but we ended up back at BC Marketplace for a quick breakfast instead. Hope that helps!

Here's a ground floor photo of the wedding gazebo from Dee's list:

And the self-serve refill mug station at Hurricane Hanna's (it was still open shortly before 10pm.)

We stood on the bridge between BC and the Boardwalk (thanks, Robyn!) The view was really nice, but my pictures don't capture the full effect:

On Sunday night, it was really noisy on the bridge, so it was hard to hear the music. I could hear the music much better from our then-standard view room facing Epcot (3512) during our March trip in 2010, but if you're not in one of those rooms, this is a good option! We'll return to this spot one of our pre- or post-cruise nights in August, and try a few more!

We tried a few new restaurants this trip, and all were wonderful. Sanaa at Animal Kingdom was so good (and with a window seat looking out to the animals to boot!!). the Animal Kingdom Lodge is breathtaking. I am so glad we visited there.

Next we tried La Hacienda, YUMMMM. Can't wait to go back. Then there was Via Napoli and boy oh boy it was so good.

Welcome back! We love all three of these, too! Went to Via and La Hacienda in February and they are at the top of our "favorites" list! Just had lunch at Sanaa yesterday and I absolutely loved it! :)

pixarmom-

THANK YOU SO MUCH for the fantastic job on the missions!

Can't wait to add some of your photos and info to page 1- but I am in between my own missions-

Today's agenda: Dentist, math help in my son's 4th grade class, scarf down lunch/check "the boards" and grocery shopping before the boys get home from school.

Marlton Mom- thanks for updating the Noodle List. I started getting dizzy looking at the requests over the weekend! Will post to page 1 later this afternoon.

I must share that it is absolutely (finally) a perfect day here in NE- warm, sunny with no humidity.

:welcome: Spring!

I'll start with BC Marketplace!

Thanks for the pics of the Marketplace/Hanna's mug stations. :goodvibes Looks like the Marketplace Bakery will be fine for us in the morning. Did you find it to be busy at 7am?

Wow! If we don't get a villa facing Epcot, I know where we'll be watching IllumiNations our first night! (Hearing the music doesn't matter to us, we've listened to the soundtrack so many times we've got it memorized!)

Hi Bellebookworm!

I love BC Marketplace in the early morning! Even during a holiday weekend, the breakfast line was relatively short and quick. But that could be because we're usually on our way by 7am or 7:15am at the latest - not sure if the crowd is different later in the morning.

That's actually one of the things I like about a smaller CS location in the resort. At least in my opinion, it seems generally less hectic at BC Marketplace than food courts at moderates or values, Captain Cook's at the Poly, Roaring Forks at WL or (as I just learned) the Mara at AKL.

Thanks to everyone for all the wonderful advice provided on this thread:flower3: If anyone needs more photos etc please feel free to ask :goodvibes

Pixarmom - Wow! Great job on the photos. I'm afraid the cms at the BC Marketplace are going to start thinking you are a spy - after your fabulous job on the Marketplace Mission!

OK, I have a very convoluted question(s), so bear with me!

Our plane lands at MCO at 8:45am. I hope to arrive at the resort by 10:30. I'm pretty sure there is no way our studio is going to be ready at that point. After we check in, we are going to store our carry-ons with bell services (our suitcase will be coming via ME). We will then go get lunch at Beaches & Cream around 11.

After lunch we will probably head to the SAB. Our bathing suits will be in the carry on at Bell Services. Can we just stop by, grab our swim stuff, and give the carry on back? It's a rolling one, so I don't really want to take it to the pool with me, but I also feel slightly weird about digging through it in the lobby.

Once at the pool, there is a changing area, correct? Where is it located? Are the lockers free and how big are they?

When our suitcase arrives, I know that will be delivered to the villa. Will they also deliver the carry ons with it automatically or do we need to go get them ourselves?

Sorry for all the questions-I feel like a two year old who asks about everything, but I am a planner!

Wow! YCFAN - Those pics are awesome! :worship: I want to be invited on your next trip!!! :rotfl2:

Amanda

I'd love to be adopted too. With all boys, I'm sure you'll love my all girl family and DH would love to be around some boys for a change. :rotfl:

OK- I found the pictures in a new post. Here is a link to the thread with the incredible pictures!

On the day we arrived, we had been told the resort was booked solid and the rooms would not be ready until afternoon. Our plane was delayed for one hour due to mechanical issues and by the time we arrived (which was about 10:45 am) we were told that one of our rooms were ready!!:goodvibes
What a great surprise. The items that I had asked IPO to purchase for me were waiting in the one room. Only a couple of hours later, the other room was ready and we ended up with the two center rooms over the back entrance of Epcot. I LOVE this view!!!

These are our rooms:

They were the two rooms with the solid white railing on the balconies on the fifth floor. Here was the view:

Here are the items that were in the room upon arrival:

do you remember the room numbers of those rooms? I love the view too...:lovestruc

Quick question-

Does SAB and Hurrican Hannah's have longer hours in the busier/summer times? We were there last May and the pool officially closed at 10PM (and unofficially was empty well before that) and I believe Hannah's was closed well before then (but may be misremembering).

I've definitely noticed some resorts say midnight or later for their pools/pool bars...was curious why Hannahs and SAB, which I assumed would be popular night time spots post-parks, would close down so early. We're going back during the 3rd week in August this year and were wondering if maybe we could expect it to be open a bit later as I assume a nice night-swim and a frozen concoction will be justified after those long August days.

We are back from our Beach Club/Yacht Club split stay. I will give a full report later on.

We booked the bounceback for the monday after thanksgiving. Will the carousel be up by then? I havent gone that early before. We usually go in december.

Would you by any chance remember what the dates were for the BounceBack?
Thanks!

I think the carousel should be up by Thanksgiving, but don't quote me on that. Wait to hear from someone who actually knows.

Cinderumbrella- could you take a picture of the bounceback clock in the room. If you don't have one in your room you can call to ask for one (front desk or housekeeping???)
