You will not be allowed to take on any job! You're only job is to relax before your wedding....let us do the rest. :rolleyes1

Thanks Diana - I think we may need an extra cabin for the luggage :rotfl2:

Just my 2 cents about the shirts. My suggestion is to come up with the design....I really really love the design for the 11 day.....and send it to one of those companies where everyone and anyone can go and order their shirt directly from the company. Personally I didn't buy the shirts from SSMC05 because of the lack of toddler sizing, but just as an outsider observing....it turned into a bit of a fiasco.
I agree about the toddler sizes. I also didn't order them because we couldn't get them for the girls too.

Start calling at 9:00 and continually hit redial. Don't dial once and come back 20 minutes later and try calling again. Dial, hang up, dial, hang up, dial, hang up! I'm sure you get the picture :teeth:

A co worker of my sisters told her that they called every half hour and when they finally got through it was sold out - :earseek:
YES, GAIL, THAT IS EXACTLY HOW YOU CALL IN!!!!
(don't tell the masses that you sit on the phone pressing redial as soon as you hear the busy signal. This will make it much easier for us to get in!!!)

We are still in for the cruise and are now trying to decide points vs cash vs combination.

I'd love to help out in some way, however, at this point volunteering for a job would be a bit crazy since I'm sure I'll be that woman covered in sunscreen with a HUGE floppy hat on her head at CC trying not to get a sunburn while sipping 4 coolers so I don't wig out about whatever wedding task hasn't taken place.

I think we're up for early dining again this cruise and we didn't have kids - we just enjoyed the flow!
Definitely NO jobs for you!!! Just enjoy and have fun!!!

I usually don't give out my secrets, but sigillaria seems new to this and I wanted them to feel like a part of this big crazy group! The more people we get to join us, the more fun we have :rotfl: ok, as of now, I will be done with being helpful until after Dec 3

I have a good track record for both of the past Member Cruises. Through, reservation made within a very short time. 05 cruise we were in and done by 9:15 AM! Getting my dialing fingers ready for DEC 3!!! :cheer2:

I must be blind, but I can't find the points chart on the member website. I looked under the details of the trip and also where it says View Points. Can someone please tell me where it is?

Here here!
I second both Diana & Amy's motions!
No jobs for you missy, just R&R for you.
And you won't need to stress I think you will have plenty of us around to calm you down (ie: buy you another konk cooler :drinking1 ) if you start freaking out! :crazy2: :faint:

Julie - I agree with the others. No jobs for you on this cruise. Your one and only job is to relax and get ready for the wedding!

I don't remember how it went last year. Did we have to press buttons, or did someone just answer? Does anyone remember?

I used to order promotional items for the company I work for. I ordered everything - pens, clothing, magnets, luggage tags, etc. I'd be happy to get pricing or whatever else I can do to help make this trip enjoyable. Annmarie

I would like ot know the answer to this too.... 3 then 3 is member services dvc ressies and 3 then 2 is for DCL ressies...

I really don't remember if we had to do the 3 then 3 thing or not.

I guess, be prepared to do it and if we don't, that just makes it that much easier.

I don't think we had to push anything because DVC is only open for SSMC ressies that day, no other business. Maybe I'm wrong. I do remember a lot of busy, busy, busy though.

I don't remember pressing anything either. Just dialed and got MS. Well actually, dialed-busy, redialed -busy, redialed-busy, etc. etc.said a few prayers, dialed RING-ALLELUIA!
No joke, that is what I did!

Please Note that on 11/15/2005 Member services no longer has this information and it is only a guide to my best guess. It will not be official until posted on their website, and will probably change. I was originally given this info on 11/8/2005 by several CM's at Member services, and pointed out at least one error in the chart. It was implied in my post that it will have at least one change.

Minnie&Mickey

It isn't on the website but member services has it. here is the info...

I only remember sitting in chat and hitting the redail button - I don't remember hitting a prompt. After getting connected I do recall being on hold as well.

Can we get a special chat arranged for the cruise call in date?

I think Karen had already said she'd try to arrange it. :cool1:

We have the 7 day Eastern booked for the week after the Member Cruise already. The price of the 7 day and the 4 day Member Cruise are pretty much identical. So, is the Member Cruise THAT great to justify the cost (points or cash)? We are still thinking about it. Are the freebies, litho, DVC member welcoming REALLY worth the expense? We want more input from those that have sailed one of the member cruises before.
