You really thought he would forget his grandma??? So how much Disney stuff did his grandma buy him?

He is really cute - love those cheeks!

Well I have a very rough day today ;) I'm on my way out to get a manicure and pedicure, then I have to stop by the Party Store to pick up something for John's pirate costume (it's a wig, but don't tell him), then it's on to get my hair highlighted and cut. I sure hope I'm up for all this "work" :rotfl: Still have lots of packing to do - but I have time (I think).

On the way home from the airport, I had to stop by and see Christopher and he was in a photo mood - the first pic I took while he was saying "mmum-mum"

I was glad to see he remembered me - I thought he would - can you believe he's 6 months old already?
Mary, he is adorable!! I'm a sucker for kids with red hair!! (It's enough to wish my DD's would hurry up and make me a grandmother!)

I LOVE THOSE CHEEKS!!!!

HE IS HANDSOME.

CHRIS

Let's see - what did I send home in the boxes from DL???

Christopher got the cutest little Pluto pull toy that when you pull his string (and he can do this when he is playing on the floor), pluto lights up and plays music.
He also now has a Mickey Mouse that he can chew on and of course, some gold MM ears to go with that gorgeous face.
And a bucket hat that has "Future Mouseketeer" on the front.
And a dish and bowl for his eating time.

And a few items put away for Christmas.

Stacy sorry to hear about Jeff's Uncle

Cheryl I hope you are feeling better

Mary Welcome back!

Tina Congratulations on the 200 posts

Karen Very cool for the kids! My DD would go crazy for FREE build a bear stuff!

We are officially up to 47 passengers. The bus is FULL!

I would like cell phone numbers for everyone who is riding the bus and will have a cell phone with them. This is just in case I need to locate anyone who is late or lost while we are trying to depart on the 22nd or the 26th. I have already confirmed a pick up time on the 22nd for 9:00 am and on the 26th at 9:30 am with the bus company.

Those of us that will be using ME to and from the airport can call with airline information into MS.

Bus Sign Up Is Closed!!!:drive:

I had one more family contact me about the "party" bus. I could not say NO to a fellow DISer. I would like to :welcome: IWantMyDVC to our cruise group. I have encouraged Jim and April to come out of hiding and introduce themselves.

We are at FULL capacity for the bus. The sign up for the bus is closed! Every seat is occupied!

I received my ME tickets yesterday! Yeah! This cruise is getting close now! I can hear my luggage calling me!;)

I'm a little out of it this week. Jeff is in Long Island all week so it's been just me and the kiddo. I had a meeting at the school last night and we had scouts tonight. Worse part of this week is I got a call late last night from Jeff's sister saying his uncle passed away. We knew it was coming but thought he would make it a few more weeks (he had cancer and was going thru chemo). Well the Funeral is out by Philly Pa this Friday and
we will not be able to make it. Sorry for the downer.
Oh Stacy - prayers for you and your family. Even though you knew it was coming, it doesn't necessarily make it easier.

OH MY GOODNESS!!!!

Fed ex came today. But Mike was expecting pool chemicals and so I didn't answer. Well, Mike just got home and said "do you realize there is a Fed ex letter out here addressed to KT?" HUH?

We opened it up....................

KT HAS WON A SHOPPING SPREE AT BUILD A BEAR WORKSHOP!!!!!!!!!!! SHE WILL HAVE 45 SECONDS TO STUFF AS MUCH "STUFF" AS SHE CAN INTO ONE OF THE BOXES YOU TAKE YOUR BEAR HOME IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SHE'S ALLOWED TO INVITE ONE FRIEND. SHE IS TAKING NICK!!!!! :)

Of course, being the good mom that I am, I talked strategy. Usually KT and Nick could spend 30 minutes deciding on one outfit. I told them that just WON'T do. I told them they are going to have to grab stuff without thinking about it. Go for the good stuff that's easy to stuff in a box. Go for the things that will sell well on ebay (and they can keep the profits and take it to build a bear and buy what they want without rushing)

OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WOW, congrats to KT!!! I've only taken the girls to Build-a-Bear once, and thankfully, they were ok with just having a bear. But, every once in a while, Emily wants to go back to get an outfit for hers. I'm thinking about getting her one for her birthday in a couple of weeks.

Julie, I don't have any personal experience and Gary doesn't own a tux, but I believe I've heard JC Penney's carries tuxs. I have no idea of the quality, but it might be something to think about unless someone else has already given you a better suggestion.
I don't know if you have them by you, but we have a Sacino's outlet by our house. Chris got a "used" jacket and pants, and just bought a new shirt. They needed a little bit of alteration (which I think is where they make their money), but luckily my mom was able to fix it for Chris.

It looks like I'm talking to myself this morning. :hyper2:

I hope everyone has a great Thursday! Tonight we actually have nothing on our calendar, which is definately a treat. :dance3: Maybe I'll even make a real dinner for a change. That seems to happen less and less now that school has started.

Cameron starts his band lessons this afternoon. I'm sure we'll have dinner music as once the lessons start, the practice starts. Being he plays trombone, it's kind of hard to muffle so we all enjoy the music when he plays. ;)
I know what you mean, Cindy! So far this week, we've had something to do, EVERY night this week. Chris had meetings on Mon & Tues night. Emily had choir at church last night and we had pictures for our church directory last night too. Tonight we have the preschool parents open house.

Thankfully, we have nothing to do tomorrow night and this weekend. Since we need to get ready for Emily's party in a few weeks, we need to start sprucing some things up around here.

Julie, John did buy his tux from JCPenney's. It's actually very nice. They had two types of jackets and the shirt, cummerbund, tie, cuff links come seperate. During the year they just have the black tie & cummerbund, but at Christmas they put out a red set.

Thanks Gail - that's good news!
