That's going to be us in 2 weeks. Emily is going to spend Labor Day weekend at her Grandma's house. And, grandma lets her do all kinds of things that mommy and daddy don't let her do, like jumping on the bed. Urrgggg, it's a little bit of a struggle the day or 2 after she gets home, but she quickly realizes that things are different here at home than at grandma's house.bcvprincesses said:9 weeks I really can't believe it. Ilene good luck with everything. I'm sure everything will work out.
My dd's are home from camping. You can tell that they were with grandma and grandpa for 4 days. They are now back to reality where everything is not their way. It should be a fun few days around here.

This is a good warning for me. No grandkids yet, but do have 2 married DD's, so it could happen. I've always said the great thing about grandchildren would be that at the end of the day you can hand them back over to their parents, but I don't want to give my OWN children any more trouble than the little darlings all ready might. Thanks for telling a "not-yet" grandparent how it can be.bcvprincesses said:My dd's are home from camping. You can tell that they were with grandma and grandpa for 4 days.
